Some additional thoughts I cut from this video for brevity:
I bet that advanced alien species keep track of the planets entering specific "Goldy Locks Zones", which is why many of them are crowding around the Earth right now (more and more UFO sightings).
From there, depending on the species, they likely either:
(1) Take specific resources that have manifested on that planet - ones that no longer materialize on theirs (aka mining gold like the Annunaki).
Or (2) they help that particular humanoid species spiritually evolve (Arcturians, Pleiadians, etc.)
I also now understand that alien civilizations who have already transcended their need for physical bodies will choose to reincarnate (lower their frequency) onto these planets for the sheer thrill of re-experiencing what it's like to have carbon-based biological limitations!
Lucky for them, as I understand it now, there are virtually endless opportunities for this, as planets are continuously being birthed across the galaxy from each star.
One more thing: it seems that planets only have "babies" (aka moons) when they are sufficiently "mature" enough. That's why you'll see Jupiter to Neptune with them, but none from Mercury to Mars.
