Hi I like the sure set idea but I am someone who struggles with the wrist set. When you hit the ball you don't start the takeaway with the wrists set. Any tips on setting the wrists?

How long should the adjustable rod be? Is it the same length as the arm or shorter?
My right hand set is blue in Colorado and you use yellow. Do I have the right one?
