Tom seems like my kind of person. Carl is awesome, but he’s too fast paced for me. When buying I like to take my time and think and look and inquire. It’s my style of buying. I think Tom is more accommodating of that. But Carl and the Hartley’s seem awesome as well with lots of glamour to the buying process. This is the beauty of a multiple choices in the market
