This is a composition I did writing to the short film Far From The Tree. All music was composed by me. I set myself the challenge of writing and editing the music for this in 3 days and this is what I came up with. Any questions feel free to comment and I will reply. Thanks

The story that tells us to be better parents to our kids.
While also acknowledging the dangers that can help shape why we are the way we are.
And also acnolege, that the Last Generation also did there best to rise there children

One thing many parents seem to forget is that the main job a parent have is not to protect their children, but to teach them how to live. It's hard because they love their children and dont want to burden them with the ugliness and scariness of the world fos as long as possible. But that is more damaging then anything (talk from experience). So teach them, so they can be ready to live on their own when they have to leave the nest.
Beautiful on so many levels. Mother knows best? Perhaps. Sometimes the 2nd generation does better. With more kindness. That this story is told without words? Speaks volumes. A work of art in so MANY ways. The music is the perfect accompaniment/icing on the cake. Superb. XO
Whenever I watch videos like that, I feel blessed to have such understanding parents, especially a mother who listens to me not just as a mother but also as a friend. She always provides me with the comfort level that every child dreams of.
You are indeed lucky...not all mothers are like that.
Such a beautiful story and I am crying!! Parents try their best to protect their children and sometimes it gets overwhelming and they fail to understand that kids are kids its okay to let loose and be a like a kid and that's also a way to teach them stuffs 😊

Мама енот правильно делает, когда наказывает и запрещает ребенку далеко гулять одному.Потому она потом садится на ветку, чтобы показать своему ребенку, что там, за горизонтом, маленького енота ждет смертельная опасность, как того милого зайчика.
Единственно в чем она была неправа, это когда вместо ракушки енот схватил камешек.
Енот хорошая мама.
Жизнь жестокая и коварная штука , где нельзя расслабляться.
Жизнь среди людей , как в лесу. Потому с ребенком нужно заниматься и готовить его к любым ситуациям с рождения.
Есть документальное видео, где утка жила в канале городкой речки одного японского города. Речка становилась мельче, когда не было дождей.
Но там было много препятствий камней после строительства, большие карпы , сомы, цапли, бакланы, вороны, сильное течение в тех местах, где была разница уровня дна реки из-за бетонных преграждений.
Однажды две утки принесли потомство.У одной утки осталось четыре, потом три птенца.Мама утка их учила не только кушать, нырять, но и преодолевать эти бетонные высокие препятствия с сильным течением.Все три утенка выросли ,держались рядом с мамой и не погибли.
У другой мамы утки было 10 птенцов.Один три дня не мог перебраться через высокий порог и сильное течение.Мама утка оставила всех утят подальше от препятствия и вернулась за последним.Она три дня показывала ему как и в каком месте перебираться через высокое препятствие и сильное течение.Она постоянно переплывала этот порог к своему последнему птенцу.Он старался, но у него ничего не получалось. Сильное течение относило его обратно.Он был голоден, так как целыми днями пытмлся преодолеть это препятствие.
Потом он возвращался на недалекий остовок из камней и там ночевал.Каждый день мама возвращалась к нему и до позднего вечера она поддерживала его, показывала как преодолеть .Но утка забыла, что она сильная, большая и умеет летать, так как при последних усилиях она махала крыльями, почти взлетала.Но этого не мог сделать ослабленный маленький утенок, которому было всего шесть или семь дней.Хоть по размерам он не отличался от своих братьев и сестер.
В последний день, когда мама была рядом, из воды вынырнула рыба и проглотила его.Мама нырнула, чтобы спасти его, но ничего не смогла сделать.Она еше минут 10 плавала вокруг этого места, но рыба уплыла.Когда мама поняла, что она потеряла своего ребенка, она отправилась к остальным утятам А потом она продолжила путешествие с ними вверх по течению.
Потом, как рассказывал сам автор видео, прошел дождь и уровень реки поднялся.Сильным течением семью отнесло назад.Потом уровень реки снова упал.А утка с утятами продолжала свое путешествие вверх.
В итоге, за все это путешествие погибли все утята, кроме одного, и мама утка тоже погибла.
Всех их съели рыбы, одного утенка убила чужая утка, одного съела птица.
Этот утенок-сирота несколько дней звал своих маму и братьев и сестер, прятался на камнях, за ним озотился большой карп, на пути ему повстречалась большая черепаха, которая грелась на железном листе, торчащем из воды.
Однажды, на соседний маленький камень приплыла утка, чтобы на нем переночевать.Маленький сирота поплыл за ней, она уплывала от него.Он ее догнал, но она упорхнула.Так он подрос, боясь всего.А потом он увидел другую семью с утятами и прибился к ним.Они его приняли.
Одно дело, когда в природе хищники, другое дело, что в канале была жизнь.И строители ничего не сделали, чтобы построить дно канала правильно, заранее зная, что когда-нибудь в этих местах будут жить животные.
А потом работники из департамента которые тоже, наверное, приходили на этот мост, видели как живут эти животные, и не подумали об их среде обитания, чтобы их улучшить, выровнять дно, сделать места, где утки могли бы спокойно жить на возвышениях.
Автор ролика потратил свое время, снимал во время дождя , проследил жизнь уток и утят.Думаю не для своего блога, а для того, чтобы показать горожанам и властям, если они смотрят ютуб, как трудна жизнь животных в этом месте.И, что диким уткам там несладко.Из 11 уток(одна мама и 10 утят) выжил один.
Это экологическая катастрофа.И с этим надо людям что-то делать.
Это в человеческой власти помочь уткам сохранить свой вид в городских условиях.
А вот то, что касается человеческих детей, то среди чиновников нет доброжелателей. Среди сверстников детей, среди учителей в школах, на улице, в магазинах, на остановках тоже могут быть враги.Потому нельзя ребенку давать свободу.Его надо контролировать до тех пор, пока он сам не научится защищать себя.
Оставаясь один с самим с собой или с друзьями, в голове у ребенка всегда есть соблазн сделать то, что родители запрещают.Потому что ребенку кажется, что родители слишком переусердствуют.Ведь все интересно, что запретно.Можно и пальцы в розетку засунуть, и квартиру поджечь, и самому уйти из дома.А там машины, посторонние люди...

I adore this short film, not just because of the story, but the art style is beautiful and raccoons' natural behaviors are captured well. This is a minor thing, but I keep reading the comments where the raccoon's parent is said to be the father. The parent is the mother taking care of the cub, male raccoons don't take care of their offspring. I get that the raccoons might look like a male, but she probably looked like that because of old age.

They probably made the raccoon gender neutral looking so we can decide mother or father.
This film doesn’t need any dialogue and it has to be one of the best short films out there

Nice animation 🙂 The moral of the story is that it's not all what our parents did that's good to repeat. We have to learn from their errors to not do it again with our own children. Children need to know why we say no.

I really love this story, my mom have the 2 sides, she is sweet, really don’t hurt me for no real reasons and want me to enjoy the good side of the world but in the same time she know about the dirt side of the life and the people around me so she make sure I will be strong and smart enough for it. The last thing she want is me getting hurt even more if she feels it was her fault for not protect or alarm me

The Love is the Same Level of both parents in both generations. But the Expression made different. I love both parents. I know this by experience of my Life, my grand parents and my Parents and now it’s my turn to make different. So by Experience I can learn and can make Difference. This is called Experience Knowledge. Nice Video. Mostly I don’t watch any videos cartoons or anything. Unless there is a moral story, this video recommended by YT.

I watched a mother raccoon and four kits from my apartment window while she led them to the trash bins one night - she led them in a loop around the area twice before they stopped there and started to eat. And when she led them away again there was one lagging behind trying to get more from a trash bin. She had to go back and drag him away by one ear.
