I can give context to Cleo talking about eating fish, there's a character in Red dwarf called the cat, he sings "I'm going to eat you little fishy" three times then followed by " 'cus I like little fish" in the first series/season. Cleo may actually enjoy red dwarf.
At least that's the first place I ever came across that being sang at all.
