I had gout on one foot nearly every year and a chap i was talking to in Spain several years ago told me to go to the chemist and buy some allopurinol tablets and i haven't had gout since, i take one a day and now they are on my repeat prescription, brilliant, take care and enjoy.

Yes I also got gout regular and now also on allopurinol 300mg daily from doctors and same as you never had an attack since

Good morning and thanks for making me smile again - as usual. Another lovely place - I thought the large fish sculpture/work if art was really clever, the exposed centre made up of all kinds of debris that is found in the sea and eaten by marine life - very thought-provoking. I think the trees could be plane trees, quite commonly used in urban areas. The drive to Denia looked lovely even if a bit scary with all the bends - lovely views. Very sad to think you will be having to put in the miles now to get back to the U.K. 😕 but now you’ve done it once, you will be more confident doing it the next time - you’ll be back - so much more to discover and for us all to look forward to. Drive safely. 💕🐾💕🐾

A doctor told me years a go that diet effects Plantar Fascilitis . I hardly changed my diet, but either way, i do'nt get it nowadays, so alls well that ends well. I'm 66 now. Hoping it's just "fleeting" for ya.

Very surprised about the police notice - we stayed there twice in December last year for a few days each time.
It costs €3 each to go in the castle - dogs allowed and the views are lovely from the top.
There is another free park up just over the road from where you are.
We are thinking of going in the castle today thankyou ❤z
24 hours is commonplace up and down the coast. Look out for food court in the centre.
Please also pronounce Javea - “Have - eee - ahhh” 😂

Hi guys, I'm starting to feel better today from the virus I had. Unfortunately I lost a friend I've known for around 25 + years when she first moved to Whitby so a sad day yesterday.
Denia looked lovely and I don't mind going up the mountain roads. Glad I don't have to drive though.
So you're going to head back up north soon we'll all know because you will start putting more clothes on. As always safe travels guys. ❤️

That road brought back some awful memories. We ended up on a road like that a week ago, by the time we got to our site it was dark and the entrance is very tight, I was stressed to say the least lol, but we arrived unscathed. One of our dogs is terrified of loud noises so I know how that feels. Zoe, Meadowhall is awful, especially around Christmas time, definitely one to avoid. Enjoy your day guys x
