Unboxing a new doll! During the year end sale American Girl had, I could not pass up on getting another doll. I was hesitant at first, but happy I got her! Enjoy this unboxing and review, as well as a comparing her to another very special doll in my collection.

Your Evette is so gorgeous! I definitely got one with a wonky eye, so she will likely be getting an eye swap at some point. I think she looks super different from Zoey, and agree that their mold been looks different. Great video as always! ❤❤

Zoe is quite different but I still see her face every time I look at a Josefina that isn't the original PC version lol
If I kept myself to one Josefina mold, then I literally would’ve been done getting them in 2004. Nellie was my first with the mold. I’m glad you decided to get another as they vary so much. Especially Evette! She’s a stunner and certainly one of a kind.

im so happy you were able to get Evette ! she is soooo sooo cute. As for her hair lol I would just say don't touch it too much that will over time add to the frizz. I live in Texas I took her out once to take pictures NEVER AGAIN lmao. Her hair got so big after that oof its tamed down now but definitely an experience 😅You defiantly picked out a great one btw hope you're having fun redressing her 🥰

the chicago bag tax is really annoying so maybe it's a good idea to invest in that doll bag - it's just so perfect! and congratulations on your new girl!! you got a beautiful evette

Although I don't like curled hair very much, I find this doll simply adorable; makes me remember Shirley Temple (golden curls). You made a very good choice 👍

I'm so glad you got her! And for such an amazing price too! :) Did you name her yet? I agree with Emma - don't touch her hair, as it just gets bigger. When I had her original wig, I put a double-braided caramel headband on her and that kept her hair in check. But now she has a #65 wig and I love it on her. Her boots are so adorable, aren't they? Thanks for sharing!
