Bought this soup maker awhile back and love it!!! Have made several.different soups. Going to try your cauliflower soup this weekend as its going to be cold and snowy!
AWWW. lovely. Great way to eat healthy for sure. I love thick creamy soup. I have tried to add little bit of corn starch water ( a bit of cornstarch and cold water mixture ) at the end. When soup is done / hot, stir well and sit for a minute, it thickens the soup nicely. certainly better than adding thick cream for that purpose.

I don't use recipes, but I've successfully made a few soups - cream of mushroom, cream of asparagus, and cream of broccoli, just using loosely basic soup recipes with lots of the veggies and no sodium soup broth, spices and no salt. Onions and garlic are always good to use, and Mrs. Dash lemon pepper was really good in the asparagus soup. Try the copycat soup recipes; they work out good.

THANK YOU :). The Kettle is by a nice brand named SMEG ( German I think ) , depends where you are, sure google search will show up many. Its not cheap but well worth the money, I have had it for over 4 yrs and still working amazingly. There are so many new things that i love that I love to share but my video person ( my spouse ) is still away, as soon as he is back I will post more random " lovely things " reviews..

YES , very easy , non stick, just hot tap water , few drop of soap. enjoy....
Is it easy to clean?
YES , inside seems non stick too, so very easy, you dont have to wash it right away as long as you keep the inside wet ( with water ), while the bottom connector is slightly water proof , but would not be ideal to submerge the whole think into water for cleaning.
