No beaches in Puerto Rico are private. It's the law.

@@thebaileyadventures5062 They passed the law so that rich hotels and residential areas would not be able to restrict beach access to locals.
stop complainig...this is not a resort... this is a private housing area... the owner rent their properties as airbnbs but that's it....
The biggest complaint is that no one notified us that the pool would be under construction.
@@thebaileyadventures5062 Yeah that sucks... the majority of people that rent in those places does not live there (is a second home for them) and so they rent it w/o knowing the current condition of the surroundings...
