i saw one in a showroom, company had it just to compare it, they didnt even sell them. that says a lot right there. anyways, a drain under the door to catch leaks, omg. a plastic door, egh. a glued on door seal. like the fewest fewest of all the tubs this place had. a 1/2" faucet, many had 3/4", fiberglass w gelcoat, brittle&chips. my sales guy had some cahones, started at 33k, we worked down to 23k. i think he wanted to balance my checkbook for me. used car sales, but polished and aggressive. dang. do some more research before you buy one of these. lots of good videos out there folks.
I can’t get the service people to actually come make repairs, been waiting about 3 years for this thing to work appropriately. Had a few call backs and someone actually stopped by once, not to repair, but to look. No fixing ever been done.
Yes . It takes about 15 to 17 minutes to fill but It's faster emptying it . By the time I get ready , have my bath , rinse off ,,with that stupid hose ,, drain it , get out and clean it ,, I'm exhausted . I never liked those hose things when I was a teenager they're much worse now . It does have a heated seat but you have to remember to turn it in a bit before you get in it . They say there easy to clean 😳,,yep if you get someone else to clean them . I really need to do a video one day and show People exactly what they're getting !
SafeStep told me that Medicare and Medicaid do “Not” work with these Tubs; however, I called AARP Medicare by United Health Care and they said that they cover 80%. Then I had them send me a confirmation number just to make sure. And they did.
Getting into a tub is no problem. It’s getting out that hurts the most in my knees.

Yes mam. The shower package can go all the way up to 7 feet!
