    ⚡Crime No. 59: Factional Conflicts
⚡On August 18, 1966, Mao Zedong reviewed millions of Red Guards at Tiananmen Square. Song Binbin, the Red Guard leader who beat to death the principal of the Beijing Normal University High School, was received by Mao Zedong, who personally changed her name to Song Yaowu, which meant to be martial (wu) rather than scholarly (wen). From then on, the wave of the Factional Conflicts began to spread across the whole country.
