Unupgraded Ghost suites have gatling water spray guns or something... According to their damage
They had to do that since they are cloaked, or they would be op otherwise.
Which is why I think Pathfinders would be better as the Tau starting unit.
I hate that you have to build a kroot oriented building to get upgrades for your fire warriors.
I just think of it as a fire warrior upgrade building. A matter of perspective.
To be fair, fire warriors don't even need those upgrades.
I think if the health and damage upgrades were split between the two Command Posts, it'd help a little more.
Orks are definitely struggling a lot in the early game. Very req heavy.
They struggle all the time
Orks was way too late in getting that Mek Shop up. Wartraks with Bomb Chuckas would have sent those Fire Warriors packing.
Nice game! Deathgun surely is the best tau player at this moment. Nice to see him on the video! Both players have been inactive for some time, but still they do good performance and high quality games.
Good job, man. I will wait for another video with Deathgun impatiently.

Tau played a lot better and almost lost to Ork I WIN buttons, aka Mad Dok's bomb and Flash Gitz.
I think the dow pro mod is probably the best way to do 1v1s in soulstorm.I think it's probably the most balanced,but unification might be a close second.

I Like pro Mod also, really gave the Game a glow Up, only negative is No flashgit unit for orks in pro Mod :(
Typical cat vs mouse game. Without tactics and good strategy tau can never win

Tau feels so weak, like shooting wet noodles while having ridiculous req and power requirements. I play on UA tho and I get shredded early game a lot. Their late game is unstoppable though
Why is no Tau player making Kroots? They are fairly decent in melee
Perhaps against weaker races like IG, but against Orks, you're better off trying to kite them and gun them down. In melee, they'll crush Kroot.
