While quick, the machine player had a turn prior where he just evolved into cyberdramon in raising so the effect was already over when he deleted Dorumon in the next turn

You are right, dorugora attacking and then use the dexdorugora to devolve, delete and unsuspend to attack again

dexdorugora will delete all lowest level after doing the dedigivolve 3 if they have dorugora on the evolution card
