Why all the criticism? She got food in a restaurant in GREECE that sold it as Indian. Not Pakistani. Also, I imagine every region that serves this does it slightly different. It is an ASMR channel not a regional food vlog. Get over yourselves. There is room for ALL kinds of food and recipe interpretations. I get so sick of these self righteous comments about what food is “correct”. Just move on. She doesn’t need to hear it and neither does anyone else.

I live in Greece and I have a Indian restaurant close to my home and I buy food from there quite often cause I love Indian food a lot and one day I tried chicken korma and the way they made it there had resulted it to gain a soft orange colour with sweet flavour-
I have tried so many chicken masalas as well and the colour of red is different as well-

Those noodles are actually a dish that exists. It's Indo Chinese Street food and they're called chicken Hakka noodles. It's super popular and tasty! Idk why so many people are saying korma isn't sweet. I'm from India and every time I have eaten korma gravy in restaurant it is yellow and sweet. I usually have vegetarian versions (veg korma or navratan korma) but I have seen similar gravy for chicken korma too. Is there something I'm missing?

So people criticising for korma being sweet and yellow. First of all Korma is sweet dish and second of all…even tho they might authentic Indian restaurant they can’t have the same ingredients to make their dishes like they would have if they were in Indian so colours might differ from restaurant to restaurant. Could be a version of a regional food. Here in Greece we have a popular food that is staffed vegetables with rice. Every region makes them differently. Others include mincemeat, others nuts, others raisins. It’s not that deep 😊😊 with ♥️+✌🏽
Logically there are many versions of the same food like everywhere. Of course i dont have any relationship with indian food. I guess though

If the Korma has a sweet taste like you mentioned, makes me wonder if it is South Indican food or similar to Sri Lankan as they like to use coconut cream/milk or shredded coconut. Different regions make their own version of dishes, just like in most countries. Looks good Eri 👍
Usually in Indian restaurants in Greece they tend to have different dishes from all over India- from the most known to other part of it. I have tried chicken korma as well and it was sweet. Maybe southern or Sri Lanka

Hi I'm Indian .. actually India is a diverse country in terms of food so the taste can change with region and state. Maybe in some states korma is sweet, while in others it's not.
