Many players actually set free the Dung Eater simply because 1. Most of the players dont know the story , so to them he is just an NPC 2. Simple curiosity. Ofc though , you can kill him from the start preventing everything.
Oh that's the answer .. just murder him. LOL
The story of Morgott: He kind of has Stockholm syndrome. Despite being an Omen and being born with a curse, he was the last of the demigods to actually still care about the Erdtree, the very same religion that shunned people like him. So he crawled out of the sewers and defends the Erdtree when it needed it the most. He became the King of Leyndell, but remains in hiding, as the population doesn’t know he is an omen and would likely riot if it came out.
That is, until we killed him and ruined everything he’s ever worked for
Wow. Just wow. Nobody gets a happy end in this game do they?
I turned Dung Eater into a puppet, defiling him in a way that ensures his despair is forever.
RIP crab-bro, I'll see you in NG+.
RIP Crab-bro ... "Marika's tits ya must be hungry!" .. still the best line in the game ...
That was cool ! 🎉 Excited for for the last one (Duskborn) ! 🔥
Thank you for the comment! See you soon!
I find it very interesting in this video compared to the others, that coming the end: who do you root for?
The enemies who didn't deserve any of this violence or the protagonist who became mad?
In my opinion, this might be where the ending was just, if not cruel. End it all, there was never going to be anything to come from that decent,
@@angeltalion It's the path of revenge. Rebellion, and how to take it too far.
It sucks to think that in order to save bogart. Dungeater must die but prevents you from getting to know bogart throughout the game
You know, I guess I focus so much on all the... gross of it all, I didn't think about the rest of it all. That is kind of sad. Thank you for the new perspective.
There's actually a way to help Dung Eater without killing Boggart.
To make the looooooong description short. Dung Eater sees the people all being racist to Omens and Misbegotten, so he decides to remove that racism by making everyone into Omen and Misbegotten. A blessing by the Crucible, a curse by the Golden Order.
Also, you can actually save Boggart and still help ol Dung Boy.
Ohhhh that makes so much more sense now. So yeah if he is essentially just trying to stop the hate that really changes how I see him .. but it still goes about it by murdering, torturing and cursing people in gruesome and horrific ways ... so maybe not that great either.
@angeltalion yeah 4 of these ending really make you question if the ends justify the means.
Please watch Vaati's Miquella video next!
It's in the can and should be posting this week!
