- Karen Read murder trial witness Jennifer McCabe was pressed by defense attorney Alan Jackson about the phrase "hos long to die in cold," which she searched at some point on Jan. 29, 2022, in reference to John O'Keefe's death. When the search was made has become a major point of contention - and she maintained, as the prosecution long has, that she only made the search after Read brought her to O'Keefe's body, rejecting the defense's theory she searched it hours before anyone called 911. Uh - the definition of over writing something is to replace old data with new. So when your phone sees a duplicate search it recognizes it as duplicate and overwrites the first with the second automatically. Overwritten = detected - by the device.

This judge has been far from fair she is certainly siding with the prosecution - shame because there is huge doubt that JR was involved she has tried to shut down sone serious evidence which proves this family had tried to cover it up - he died in that house not hit by her car - so much has proved that and so many are lying on the stand to save the real killer - in effect judge included shame on them.

Jennifer McCabe was an amazing witness for the prosecution! I believed her!! Since her testimony and now the evidence shown today. If I was a juror, I would convict Karen as far as today goes. Who knows though, we have a lot more to learn. I’m going in this trial with an open mind. I am not following the crowd. Let the opposing comments come. I don’t care!!

They do know the time, for all 3. She is only admitting to the ones made after 6 am when Karen was at the scene. She's saying she didn't do the search at 2:27 and she's saying she didn't delete that search or search it again in order to override the time of the earlier one, so to speak. She's not too bright if she didn't realize they can still find all the data in your phone.
