u know quarantine's getting to you when you start watching yukon striker povs
Seriously !
Bro we're almost there
Yeah
@Adamdee2 I’m going 31st july
Lol
Highly recommend this ride! It’s so smooth, and the seat is so well made, you feel really protected and it was just overall a flawless ride
I know and it's the perfect ride for people who have a fear of heights to overcome their fear
Nah man I love rides that make you feel free and let your arms and upper body free to move and raise. That’s the best part about a roller coaster
Next time I go I’m going on Yukon striker
i literally felt like my life was over
personally i dislike the seats, i hate shoulder restraints and love leviathan/behemoth seats
I've been on it 6 times so far and I've got to say, it's one heck of a glorious flight. Plus, the view of the park from up top is cool.
TheRandomView tbh the ride is actually kinda peaceful. Like the the ride is soooo smooth and the air time is great 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
i loved it!
Gracexrine N I’m really scared of go on it but do you think I will be fine?
vivian losernoobXD yeah, the scariest part is the first drop. The rest is pretty easy after that. Just remember all rides are built to be safe so no matter how scary it is you just have to enjoy it.
Amazing view I had at sunset.
I went on this and thought I was going to die when the ride stopped right before the drop.😂 Once we dropped all my friends started screaming... one of my friends were crying, one was laughing, one was constantly swearing and one had their eyes closed. The air time was great though and I would go on this again even though i always think I’ll die going on tall rides 🤦♂️
WWE Fan Where's the airtime, do you mean on the drop?
Paul Di'anno he’s GP
sure you went on it and i went to the north pole and rode on santa's sleigh
Don't worry your absolutely fine Because as you know rides have restrains or harnesses that keep you safe
Okay I’ve gone on this a million times 😂 the front is by FAR the best. This ride is super smooth and is planned perfectly
Finally the pov that looks up. First one was horrid.
This isnt how the real ride looks they use image stabiliser on some because they are rough
@@sonicdynasty7584 it is how it is irl
this was actually amazing! I was more scared watching it then going on it. It’s super comfy and I didn’t get that feeling in my stomach and you don’t even notice you are upside down! I’m definitely going on this again! But I think they should most change most of the seat belts on the big coasters to the Yukon seatbelts since it was super comfy and secure! Good job wonderland 10/10
Same! the restraints on here i prefer more then the other 2 big ones
Well, coasters are different and it can also depend on the city/state laws.
I honestly can't believe how much I love this ride. It's amazing and easily my favorite ride in the park.
Just rode this today, it was worth getting my license enhanced and driving the 2 hours to get there, defenitly the BEST park in the immediate area, just want to personally say thank you to Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. You make me feel like a kid again, I'll be back soon!:)
did you go back yet???
Probs gonna get on this this at the haunt and then half way up question my sanity
I went on this ride last night for the first time and it was quite an experience for me 😆
thats what i did lol but loved it anyway
I went on the Yukon Striker yesterday after years of waiting and all I can say is this ride is absolutely amazing!! I definitely recommend this for anyone who is visiting Canada's Wonderland. Enjoy the ride!!
I love this ride. It goes so smoothly and it has 2 layers that go over your shoulders is feels so safe. And I love how its a 90 degree angle drop
The Drop is 75m long
Its a really fun ride! I went there with my friend who kind of scared of heights but she loved the roller coaster! Its actually not to scary even at the big drop. I suggest if u go on in for the first time maybe try to get in the 2nd row. Also, when you go upside down its really not to bad, I didn't even really know when we were upside down or not.
Yeah at least you don't go upside down way up high in the air like slingshot cause if you don't know what slingshot does it basically launches you up 300 feet in the air and then flips upside down that's why some people find slingshot scary
We're finally going back here in July, and I've been so excited to ride this coaster ever since it was first announced. The moment before the first big drop in this video alone gets my blood PUMPING
Best POV of this coaster yet!
Sad in quarantine missing this ride! Last year I’ve been on it 65 times and I was looking forward to 65 more time this year but most likely won’t because of the virus, which I understand, health is more important but there is always next year. 65 more times next year Yukon striker I am ready!
@ShaQ 81 If canadas wonderland opens this year during corona and you go, have fun waking up in a hospital bed!
only been on it twice last year for wonderjam but i had the worst headache after idk how you do it
I went on it 3 times in a row and me and my friends all couldn't stand the line anymore. The ride was fun but the line was a bit too crazy.
Well to bad no ones getting on it until 2022 or even later
ACRUALLY! Canada's Wonderland is reopening this year on May 14, but with some Covid-19 rules, but yeah you wont have to wait until 2022
Was on it in May. Me and my friends took up an entire row. All the girls screamed at the drop. It Was Awesome!
I can guarantee those "girl" screams were actually dudes lmao
Yikes! Or his friends are girls ...🤔🤔
heyitsmaggiexxo it was a joke omf lol guys are notorious for having those high pitch screams
Yikes! K.
Yikes! And girls are too....
I just came back from Wonderland and sat in the ride for 3 times. In my humble opinion, it is simply the best roller coaster ride you guys have.
Yukon striker was so crazy at the first drop, it feels like you are free falling
It’s a fun ride😊
That awkward moment when you redo your POV because the first one was actually trash....
*Awkward
Hey, be proud they actually redid it
awkward
WHO CARES. BOY.
I went on this 6 times yesterday, I was terrified to go on the first time but so glad I did! Ended up being my favourite ride all day, such a rush! Going on the front was friggin awesome!!
I always had the fear of roller coasters (cause of my fear of heights) and, guess what, this is my first roller coaster I ever did. Loved the experience
Such a fun roller coaster. That first drop is insanely fun omg
Ive been on the ride yesterday! It was amazing!
Been on this thing yesterday. The hour long wait in line was definitely worth it this is the best coaster here.
Actually Yukon Striker opened on my birthday. And it is a great birthday rollercoaster to have!
Even just watching this on my phone, I can get the sensation of how one feels when they’re paused all the way up there, and then descending…if it’s that good remotely, just think how awesome it is actually ridding it!
Did it twice today, both in the front , and I was watching the POV before I went on it and it dosent even do justice , the feeling you get during that drop is next level.
Exactly came down to say this
i love the fakeout that makes it seem like its gonna end then it goes for another dive down
perfect ride for those who want to feel safe, it gives that feeling thanks to the tight seating. very smooth ride, fun, 8.7/10
Personally, 7.98725 out of 10
9/10
I went to Canada’s wonderland yesterday!! Im going this summer because I promised my friend I would go on this before so we could experience what would be the best day of are life’s together!
Ya I'm going this summer too with my cousins! C ya there! 😉
Rainbow Unicorn love haha! Yep :))
•Natalie W• 😁
I’ve been on this ride so many times! It’s so fun, the layout is amazing, the tunnel I really love, and the drop was crazy huge it was so cool. My only issue is at the end when the ride is over, I noticed me and many other girls feel the seats pushing on your hips
I went on Yukon yesterday with my dad and honestly it was the funnest thing ever and seeing my dads reaction was priceless 😂
Yukon striker has been my favourite roller coaster ever since I went on it
Kool video. We were at Canada’s Wonderland this August 2019. Lots of fun using my new GoPro!
I loved this ride so much!!
I think the world needs more Canada themed rides
That was very cool & silent view - thanks
This is my favourite frikin ride, I remember my brother yelling “your already dead” in Japanese and then everyone yelled “Nani” it was so funny
This ride is awesome you should definitely go on it! Its not as scary as it looks honestly and its a really smooth ride.
Yeah you're right it does kinda look scary when you see people hanging on the drop then going down but it does look awesome and a very smooth coaster some people think flight deck is rough
That was amazing! Thank you
This ride looks so smooth.
When it’s exam season and you read it “Point of Intersection” instead of point of view 🤦🏽♀️

As a person who has never been on Yukon Striker (and is tall enough for it), I'm hoping that I'll get to ride it some day as it seems very fun
I've ridden Yukon Striker 4 times now, It's not very long but it packs a punch! The drop on this ride is surprisingly forceful, and the fact that it's at a 90 degree angle makes it feel so much more faster and forceful than Behemoth's and Leviathan's. If the line was short I would ride it all day, but unfortunately everyone wants to go on it, so you have to wait a while in the line :/ If you are afraid to go on it, just do it, everyone freaks out going up but they always end up loving it. Best ride in the park easily.
Just rode this today! To anyone who's scared of this one, trust me, you'll love it! The restraints are amazing, you don't get your head rocked but feel 100% secure. The initial drop is pretty trippy lol but addictive! It's so smooth! The only downside is it isn't long enough! Definitely get a fast pass plus so you can ride it over and over 👌 10/10
Thank you so much, im going there tomorrow for my birthday and im so excited but reay nervous to go on yukon after 2 years.
This is much better than the previous one. The camera was looking down
When you write this in your hovering about to go down and 90° angle gives you chills 😮😮
Finally one with a blue sky that matches the ride
This is a bucket list coaster that i would love to experience someday
My friend passed out on this ride
Did she wake up
I went on this ride as my fourth ever rollercoaster i went on in my life it was the best
I used to rank Leviathan the highest but over time, this has won me over. Leviathan's first drop is undefeated but this ride sustains the excitement unlike any other at the park.
Such a good fun roller coaster
great ride, had a breakdown before the drop
i went on there so many times and its my favorite ride its awesome
I love it here at the Wonderland and also because it is just adjacent to my apartment here in Maple. I can't wait for it to be reopened in the summer.
One of the best coasters ever!
Just got off this ride today, it was absolutely insane
Was an amazing ride
That first half has a great layout!
That looks so awesome!!!
Went on this 10 times today it was amazing.
the drop was hella fun
When you are about to go down on this and you’re hovering about to go down a 90° angle gives you chills 😮😮😮😮😮😮
I went on this today! Soooooooooo fun.
Well done timing vortex to swing by!
Went on it on Tuesday, was honestly amazing
So much hype but seriously this ride is really amazing. Due to lines I did not ride until late in the season but when I did ... wow...
The turn was soooo cool
One of my fave rides at the park
Watching them building this on TV. Bucket list for sure.
God the Yukon striker is such a awesome ride.. actually my favorite ride that ove ever been on.
ever*
I've*
For my 11th birthday my family took me to Wonderland. I went on Yukon last week. It was amazing and fun also my first time I was scared but it ended up being insanely amazing and not scary at all. The seatbelts are really good, and also comfortable and it feels like your never gonna fall off, and you dont even feel that your on the loop. Its also insanely smooth, and byfar my favourite ride i''ve been on. The seatbelts make you feel so protected that you got a whole swat team protecting your house.
Bro lucky you I only went once and got an eyelash in my eye missing the entire ride AND moved out of Canada before I could ever go there for a second time 😭😭😭😭
@@AlexKrantsevich where u living now
@@tanweerazam5340 In Madeira there unfortunately isn’t even a single rollercoaster on the island
@@AlexKrantsevich dang
I can’t believe this is the tallest, fastest, and longest dive coaster in the world…! It’s so good
this was probably one of my favorite rides when i visited lol
I went on this yestarday. It was so fricking fun!
My first time every going on this ride and it was so fun and the drop makes me feel like im floating and it was totally worth it
1:25 back to back trains
Never went on a dive coaster before, planning to go on this one soon
Alot better then the old one where the camera is looking down
Same but when are you going to open??
I loved this ride so much. Literally this is my favourite ride in all of Canada's Wonderland.
Going there tomorrow!!
This ride is massive
I went on this thing in summer 2023. Although the ride was friggin intense and amazing, it's way too damn popular to justify riding on it for the 1-2 mins. I waited over an hour just to get on it. Highly recommend going on it in the off season.
In the mid-80s I took a Sony 8mm camcorder on the old wooden Ghoster Coaster at Wonderland - got the front car, too. Still got the footage lurking somewhere on an old VHS tape.
but what do you think about yukon striker
@@boltgaming248 Ain't been on it yet. Don't get to Toronto much these days.
@@SilentKnight43 ok
The best coster in the park. The restraints are so comfortable. the 90° drop the fact that it broke 3 records such as, the fastest dive Coster at 80mph. The longest dive Coster at 3,625 feet long. And the tallest dive at 246 feet.
Definitely a must ride
80.8 mph to be exact
I rode it in August 2021. Drop was a bit scary. Had my eyes shut. Felt like I was flying. Love that helix though. Yukon Striker is a real beast. I wanna ride it again when park opens in April.
Same, I can’t wait to go back.
Its so fun!
ugh i love this ride ive been on it 10 times hehe
2 days ago I rode it 20 times in one day!! Its the best in the park!!
Nice! Eight times for me in one visit, but I moved on to some other rides after about 2-1/2hrs.
Yeah well I still like leviathan
damn i could neverrr
I have been on this. - so fun!
I really like Yukon striker it is my favourite dive coaster
I love this one
I have a fear of heights but seriously I would ride this, I love going upside down on roller coasters and the drop seems thrilling
Dang I went yesterday so scared lol thank goodness it was a 2 hour wait so we just went on minebuster
Definitely traveling from the US to Canada just to ride this.
Christian Martin this isn't the Parks Main attraction, and the US has Cedar Point, so you don't have to, but CW is still fantastic
I went on this today and I was SCREAMING at the drop
I went in this ride 7 times and it is the best thing ever even tho I thought I was gonna die.
No your absolutely fine cause this coaster has harnesses that keep you safe
I would recommend 1 row seats because you get the best view when it leaves you at the top
