According to Dr. Amyn Dahya, we take birth in this material world through a painful process, live for a number of years through rollercoaster rides, and then unexpectedly pass on one day. What is the net outcome of one’s life here? What does each one of us, without exception, live through and cultivate each moment, and then leave behind at the end of the journey?
