    A conscious movement and the body-mind-spirit connection fill our lives with harmony. Trinity is a dynamic and constantly evolving concept. Its purpose is to value functionality, flexibility and harmony. The power lies in its concept of movement as a whole but also in its individual elements. It brought equanimity into my life and is both a pleasure and desire of mine to share with you.
