      Hah anytime i see cut plastics i think about how many times its been rolled to need to cut them.. Although my 10 mil would start getting really light on the front end when I get up to top speed it's almost like they become wings and provide lift

    I love the detailed dyno chart. Showing m.p.h. mine doesn't do that. I need to update my software 😩 Badddd.
    P.S. T-5 or T6 would give a little more on a stoke port motor. Not saying nothing bad about your FMF pipes. That was my first set 24 years ago. Now its nothing but Shearer pipes. Inflame or outframe 🤣🤣
    Great 👍 video brother. This is the best dyno video iv seen this far. Most don't show mph or both runs. Love it brother. Be safe. And
    Ride on. Plus I might see 1 banshee a year that has a full fenders or non-cut plastic 🤔 and this banshee was the first this year. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 its very rare.

      Thank you my brother. I really appreciate all your praise! It's definitely not the easiest to do the filming and edits and it's kind of annoying at times to be honest because I just want to get in there and get out but it does make it worth it in the end because I can look back on these videos when I'm older and smile lol. Also, I love putting out information for the ATV and dirt bike community!

    It sounds like a Blaster with the stock pipes. THe ONLY Banshee ive had the luck to ride had pro circuit pipes/silencers, carbon reeds etc.. It was insane, now I own a CR85 big bore 100cc that feels just as fast. Im in heaven.

    back in the day, probably mid 1980s, I had a Yamaha YZ125, and the 250s would stomp on me like a mud duck, I put an FMF pipe on it and I stomped on them like a mud duck, no one could keep up with me after that, my bike was 52 lb lighter than the 250s and had 12% more power, it was a absolutely amazing combination, I even blew away a Yamaha 490 once.

    I also have another banshee with 10mil athena setup but thats a different story..

    Can you do a dyno run with t5 vs t6 to compare to the fmf’s? I hear so much about the t5 and t6 are the best. But no one has done a video to prove it.

  • @evanwilliams2602
    @evanwilliams2602 Před 3 lety +6

    That's nuts. I knew pipes made a huge power difference but 12hp from fmf which isnt even near top vest pipes for them.dyno raptor and yfz let's see the power difference. I was impressed with 45 hp stock to the wheels u thought they rated them at like 38? Sweet tho

    • @FREEDOMSYNDICATEOFFICIAL
      @FREEDOMSYNDICATEOFFICIAL  Před 3 lety +2

      Yeah they were rated in the high 30s but from what I've put together is it's kind of like Ford when they were underrating their Cobra mustangs to avoid lawsuits. Who's going to sue if the engine makes more power than what the company advertised, however, everyone's going to want to sue if it made less power than as advertised lol...

  • @romper4444
    @romper4444 Před 2 lety +1

    I really believe this dyno readout has been setup to put out a calculated crank hp not whp. Anyone that has researched banshees knows they don't put 46 HP out stock, that's like tops with just pipes to the wheels. Or this Banshee didn't have a stock intake, the porting wasnt stock and/or the domes quench and compression has been improved. Sometimes you never know what's been done by a previous owner or the previous previous owner, could have been returned to a stock appearing banshee at some point after the engine was worked over as they are more valuable unmolested The true " factory ringers" out there I've seen sometimes will make 38hp to the wheels.but this is WAYYYYYYY up there lol. And it also looked like it was dynoed with knobby tires, which always lower the whp even further by 1 or 2.

      Jetting is real easy just with pipes they already give you a chart on what jet size you should use for your elevation. Most of the time you jump up to a size 280. It's just a simple Main Jet swap that's all you got to do with pipes. When you start getting into Port jobs is when you mess with your Idol judge but those stock Mikuni carbs are the best freaking carburetor you can get for a Banshee when you're just using pipes they are so easy to Jet that's all you do is change your main jet that will do the most significant and they have charts for all of this stuff now

      @FREEDOMSYNDICATEOFFICIAL  Před 3 lety +1

      I started going to this dyno guy because his dyno averaged lower than the one in Jacksonville so being that I went with the dyno that went with a lower number I suspect that these numbers have to be either right on or underrated.

    • @matthewjohnson2495
      @matthewjohnson2495 Před 2 lety +2

      @@FREEDOMSYNDICATEOFFICIAL If both those bikes are what you say they are then those numbers are off 10 to 12 h/p and if you don’t give that bike a little fuel after each dyno run you are gonna blow it all to hell. That cylinder is dry of oil unless you are giving it gas and when it Winds down for long periods of time you are taking life from it fast doing it like you are so Either give it a little gas or hit the breaks unless you like beating pistons out of cylinders.
      If you have a dyno then you should know better than that.
      If you listen to me it’s going to save you a lot of money and if you don’t you’ll wished you did
