They're not even real costumes. They're mostly glorified, overpriced lingerie.
I know like they look good I just am not willing to spend over fifty dollars for one night
i’ve only seen two costumes so far and jackie’s $90 glorified lingerie killed me
Ok let's be honest, for around 100 dollars that sailor moon costume looks so cheap looking, lol
i know ugh! its honestly super super pretty and it’s a bit different than the classic, ik the pink isn’t original but it’s sooo cute lol. i kinda wanna get it honestly, the sizing is so weird though also? i don’t wanna have to make a bunch of adjustments it’s already sooo pricey
so true for 100$ you could easily get a pretty decent complete cosplay with wig

I think she’s incapable of looking bad in any clothing. I’ve watched pretty much all of these episodes with various stores and she’s flawless. Even stuff she says is ill-fitting doesn’t look it on camera lol. She just looks effortlessly beautiful. The other 2 girls are stunning but I can tell easier when an outfit doesn’t work for them, for whatever reason the garment looks obviously more distorted to me.

All these looked way overpriced for the quality. The ladies still looked amazing in them but they looked like $40 costumes not $100 ones! Fashion Nova can step up their quality for those prices!

Yeah it's not like it's Chinese writing, it's literally the Mortal Combat dragon. Besides Chinese culture isn't the only culture in the world that uses dragons as symbols. Sometimes I think society over reaches on the cultural appropriation thing. No you shouldn't dress as and ethnic group, but wearing a costume from a movie, game, TV, or any media without adding ethnic features should be acceptable.

yeah it’s honestly kinda strange i get like ok the skimpy sexyyy but not every woman wants to wear this out to a PARTY. it’s suitable for a rave or something but damn there’s almost no coverage and they’re also like a $100 for pretty much a bathing suit ?

i always freeze my ass off on halloween wondering how US costumes seem to be so skimpy, we have often like 5 degrees celsius (40 F) in the evening so i won't be going out in a mini skirt with a crop top

The costume in this video that I liked the most was Jackie’s ‘Safari’ costume but my plans are also to barhop, and I was thinking- “Hold on.. no way I could wear that and have ANY level of comfort.” I’d be worried about getting crazy stares or getting groped (obvi that probably wouldn’t happen but my mind would go there) and it looks SO much less wearable in an environment I’ll be in, than even a full bodysuit and slightly sheer tights

You guys should do a “We diy/remake one of our fashionnova halloween custom”. For the rules you are only allowed to go to 1 store (like a clothing store (to get bodysuit or whatever) or a craft store to get materials or fabric. And get someone to judge and pick a winner !! Lol
