You should try to visit islands where there are less pollution. Manila is polluted as it has a lot of residence and it being the capital city, most of the companies, cooperations etc. are there. Which means there are more factories there.
You can also come here in Bicol region.. Fumiya...you can surf at CWC or go to CARAMOAN island
