      Facts. Went 6 days with no power. And it was intense. Luckily my job let us stay there. But it was still rough not being home.

      They can, stores are operation off of generators, I merch out there from Houston, gas stations are open too, but it does no good if residents don’t have power this sucks

    9 days going on 10 days and they told us maybe Wednesday if not Friday we are in aldine 😅 we had called centrepoint before telling them that we had limbs on a line that sparked when wind blew took them 2 months for that problem

    Kingwood will always be Houston’s red headed stepchild. We didn’t vote for 95% of the local elected officials, so they don’t really give AS about Kingwood. Just keep paying the taxes!!

    I wish they would've interviewed Royal Brook and parts of Northpark that aren't "supposed" to have power until the 19th according to the map. I imagine if the map shows the neighborhood in the video has power it will be almost July 30 when Royal Brook and the surrounding Northpark area gets power

      You are correct. I bought my portable backup generator three years ago for under 1K and it has assisted our home at least three times. Sometimes we spend more than that in things that are not even necessary.

      Lowes off 249 near Willowbrook has a whole row of firman generators and gas canisters as soon as you enter by the entrance. Walk forward a couple feet and they have ac units and fans.

      They were all booked and most didnt have power either...crazy part people were having to go out of town to get them and they jacked rates up per night knowing people needed those rooms...smh!!!
