Gamestop FLOPS! Pokémon Deals Gone Awry!

Watch me rip into some Pokemon Packs! Watch me rip into some Pokemon Packs. I love Gamestop, but lately I notice EVERY retailer, including Gamestop, to not take care of the customer. These companies post deals online and in person, which make absolutely no sense. The worst is when you go to a fast food chain and they make you order on your phone to get an online deal that is impossible to ring up in store. This Gamestop issue had me questioning why this massive chain stores give zero empowerment to their associates to take care of their customers. Overriding a return, documenting conversations with customer service to prove they said you would be taken care of, and generally adding or issuing credit or gift cards for massive inconveniences. I took hours out of my days to straighten these issues out with zero apologies or offered gift cards. Check out the video. Hope you don't ever the same annoyances as me.
