You don’t understand how it works to be frank. This is a per member per month model which is part of it. Also bundle payments is no different then capitation which CMS has used for years. Complaining won’t help but be knowledgeable and advocate for yourself.

You pay the same for less treatment so insurance profit margins are better ☠️
