This is a great down to earth review. I think so many people would enjoy this bike if they had one. I have another bike and didn’t even know about this bike until I already had purchased one. I have thought about getting this one because it is a great value!
I just picked up the 3.0 for $799. Hopefully I’ll love this bike. I own more than a few, but wanted one with long range. Thanks for the video and some tips.
Can we get a 1 year update? Or at least a close to 1 year update. Seriously considering purchasing this bike and wanna make sure it'll last decently! Your review has been very helpful!
I am planning a new video. The only issue is that I crashed, and I broke my wrist and fractured my leg. The bike survived the crash. I am going to make a video of the damage. I was still able to throttle the bike 7 miles back while injured. So the bike definitely works. Today is actually the first day I'm going to walk without crutches or at least attempt to. I will be happy to give an update as soon as I can. If you have any questions about the bike please feel free ask anything that you would like.
Thank you! I was able to get to 46 miles on throttle only, in the highest pedal assist. I still had 2 bars left of the battery life. If you pedal in pedal assist 1, I'm sure you can get close to a 100 miles. I did a 30 miles ride on pedal assist 1 with pedaling and it didn't even go down 1 bar.
@@j-rollz That's really impressive! 😁👍🏻 I ended up ordering it. I'm in Canada so I ordered through Amazon since the duty fees on it are really expensive cause of the weight. It was $1,580.87CAD ($1,156.28USD) So it ends up being a bit more expensive than the Wildeway website but considering the duty fees, Amazon was cheaper. 😂
I got it through Amazon also, I thought the way you pay on their site was a little sketchy. Congratulations! I'm sure you will get plenty of enjoyment out of it! You can't go wrong. The price, to specs, to quality ratio is just right on that bike.
I have the 3.0 , and I love it !! Im thinking of getting this since its has 20x4.0 and hydraulic brakes !! But I actually want the step through version , good video , I hope you do another thankyou
@j-rollz mmm probably one of your trail rides , top speed & how good are them hydraulic brakes ! It will help me out allot before I buy me one , I would really appreciate 🙏
@pauldiaz6540 The hydraulic brakes are surprisingly great on this bike. I'm in the northeast, so it's cold this time of year. I don't ride if it's freezing out. If I get a nice day, I will do a ride video.
Ive been looking sround and commuter bikes to go 10 miles a day 5 days a week too and from work wirh rigorous terrain. Would this be suitible? I have a 4 year ols son that i would also like to strap to the back so i was wondering how the handling with 40 ish pounds on the back is? Thank yoy sir?
The rear rack on the 4.0 is welded to the frame and comes with a seat cushion and back rest. It can hold up to 110 pounds. Your son should be able to ride on the back. It will hold his weight. The bike can go over decent terrain. What do you mean by rigorous terrain? I fill up my cargo bag to the brim, and it feels like nothing is on the bike. It's been sturdy with any cargo in my experience.
I think 2 small battery seperatly better than putting in one huge battery . We should not " put all eggs in one basket ".at least one battery has problem we still have the other battery to ride . When we go short distant we do not need to carry big battery too heavy for bike . They should make this bike with 2 small battery selling the same price as this hug battery bike which is better
Have you tried both types of bikes? I find that the bike is very easy to pedal without the use of a battery, so it can be used like an ordinary bicycle. The battery is high quality and very doubtful that it will have a problem. I have friends with very expensive ebikes with 2 batteries and they have more problems with them. Their battery ports have problems and have to be replaced more often than not. This design is simple and works great even if the battery doesn't work. Not putting all your eggs in one basket works for finances, not the same for ebikes. Get whatever suits you. This bike is for leisure fun for me personally. I have a car and a motorcycle for everything else.
@Bobster986 Which ebike did you get? When the weather is warmer, I will be on the trails, at the beach, or on the boat. We may cross paths. I live much closer to the beach
@@j-rollz Ali all of that it wasn’t the battery because I have two batteries I went to the bike shop got the bike checked they told me everything was fine but I didn’t like the fact that when I was riding it shut off on me like out of nowhere
@@j-rollz luckily, no accident I did get it on camera. I sent it to them, but all they was telling me to try this. Try that. I got rid of the bike the next day I sold it a bike shop. This was like 3 days ago

Thank you! Yes it is definitely worth the money. Specs to quality to price ratio is on point.
This is the most chill review of an e-bike I've ever seen 🥴
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!

@@j-rollz 😲😲 I hope you heal up quickly! I appreciate your quick reply. What is the furthest you've traveled on it on a single charge?

On sale right now wildewayebike.com/products/fw11-electric-bike-48v-32ah-battery-20-inch-fat-tire-bicycles
@@j-rollzI just bought their 3.0 step-over on Amazon an hour ago for $599 ...only 3 left
Does it have a Torque Sensor?
No, it does not have a torque sensor. It's a simple ebike.
How wide the tires
4 inch wide tires. Thats why it's the 4.0
Is that JB Theater in the background? 😮
Yes it is
