There is so much wrong with this.
1. You can charge. You have to time it properly while holding a ki move. Activate your ki move (I like destructo disc the most) and immediately start charging before the move is used. You will be allowed to charge for as long as the ki move is held.
2. You can do it with step vanish as well. You never said you couldn't in the video, but I'm adding this in anyway as a tip.
3. Another major drawback is that you can't block. A lot of players don't really block at all, but not having the option to do it at all is definitely a downside.
4. It works with other races. In fact, it works with every race except android (maybe with majin gamepass and direct current it'll work? Haven't tested it.)
It doesn't work with every form though. I'll give a list of the first form each race is able to do this with.
Saiyan: ssj. It's really difficult to time considering the low ki max coupled with the low ki drain gives almost no room to time your vanish. I recommend using the majin gamepass for this one to increase your ki drain. Saiyans are special, since this glitch works with all of their forms.
Human: Mystic. Not sure why it doesn't work with the kaioken forms, but it doesn't. I believe it works with all of human's 'h' forms.
Majin: Unstable. Yep, you gotta wait until prestige 2 for this one.
Namekian: White. Same story as majin. Makes sense considering it came out in the same update.
Frieza: I don't play friezas anymore, and when I did, I never used double exp with them, so idk. Someone else can test this.
Jiren: Full emotion.
5. Small inaccuracy, but I don't blame you for this one, since it'd probably be difficult to explain in a short video. It stops working on every effect that respawns your character. Charge resetting, hairdresser, slot change, etc.
Another thing I'm including for fun; this glitch has more uses than freezing timers. It also freezes the drain of your forms. I like to use this with kaiokenx100 to have no hp drain.

Hey bro i noticed how game changing this glitch is, and i believe u and that its real. I also managed to find a glitch on accident that allows you to leave heaven but keep all ur heaven stats without rebirth. In pretty sure your level is cut in half or reverted to what it was before u entered heaven. Comment on this and ill explain what happened.
I don't have a heaven slot anymore I'd like to hear about it. Never heard of such thing.
I'm only now realizing how long that is.
But if you really think of it, name one person that you'd know has reset their username recently and plays dbzfs, it's kinda rare and it's no wonder why nobody knows.
So the glitch literally allows u to do like a x2 stats ? because ur keeping the stats but the level goes down
