Kratom might help if is an option where you live. Also would research ibogaine and other psychedelic options for withdrawal mitigation, os available in Canada and mexico the latter being more affordable but wouldnt travel alone. Problem with methadone is longer half life can make way harder getting through the withdrawal process to end the treatment.

I’m on buvidal injections and it’s working great it’s Buprenorphine start with weekly shot for 2 weeks then ones a monthly doing really good 👍🏼

Had to go the Methadone route with today's Fentanyl. Fell off the subs after I was addicted to Oxy/Heroin and couldn't get back on them when everything changed to Fentanyl. It still took about 10 days of the Methadone everyday to start mitigating the withdrawals I was getting from Fent.

I think methadone works better for me! I’ve been on subs too and I have way less cravings now on methadone than when I was on suboxone

Methadone is for people who want to still use opiates. Bupe and Suboxone is for total abstinence from opiates.

It saved my life. 10 years now sober my life is normal. I make money I pay bills. I take care of my family. All thanks to treatment. So I think the pros are so much more then the cons. Methadone is better the suboxone doesn’t work with the fentanyl. You have to wait 3 days to take subs coming off street fentanyl and still might go into precipitated withdrawal. At least i always did.

Oh man, precipitated withdrawal is the worst! Happened to me a few times and now I'm on methadone because I just can't make it 3 days without anything. So far the methadone is working 10X better than subs ever had

Methadone doesn't work on fantynol it helps But it doesn't take the whole withdrawal away like it does with dope.

Methadone way better imo. Feels like an actual opiate and helps pain. Subs gave me to many side effects and I couldn't sleep on it

If you don't want a precipitated withdrawal make sure there is no opiates in your body before starting bupe, Suboxone or naltrexone.

@@elimirtova5962 I’ve been on Suboxone for 12 years, please do NOT start it, way harder to get off then opiates, I wish someone would’ve stopped me! I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. I’m on 4 mgs a day and it’s hell. And you Do feel high from Suboxone, idc what anyone says, we are not sober. Do the work and get off everything, this is a crutch that’s worse than just cold turkey, I promise you will regret Suboxone.
