Thanks and Happy New Year! I have a lot of work to do to get my grinder working as smoothly as yours. I see I can still find the diamond dresser in the US. Is the shorter spin time from the reduced mass in the wheels?
Correct! It is because of the reduced mass in the wheels and particularly in the righthand wheel where I constantly use the outside face for accurate grinding because it is flat, (most toolsetters in industry do this). It is now 16mm wide from the original 20mm so I am now considering changing it and If I do then I will make a comprehensive video detailing this. Regards, Cliff
