I think the farm arc is the best arc I’ve read in manga. I decided to make this a while ago, but only did it today after having trouble because I don’t know how to make something like this. I’m currently working on a HxH AMV, and a Golden Wind AMV. My Jojo part 4 AMV got taken down due to copyright music I believe, so hopefully they allow it back up.

This is both beautiful and painful at the same time. The amount of effort Thorfinn is putting in to make this come true is outstanding. But, as someone who read the real life historical events, it pains me to know what the inevitable outcome will be.
I don’t exactly know the historical outcome, but I’m guessing it’s not too positive. However, I feel like Vinland Saga will end in a positive or satisfying way. I haven’t read past book 11, but I’m looking forward to rest of the series.
I’d be caught up but I’ve been savoring the series. Farm arc kept me satisfied for so long without needing to read more, and the Baltic war arc has done the same.
@@chill1694 Take your time, this manga is worth reading it in bulk. I also believe that whatever the outcome, Vinland Saga will end in a beautiful way leaving behind a strong message.
That's what makes it so interesting. Thorfinn is flawed, he's striving for an idea that isn't possible. Still, seeing him try his hardest makes you want to root for him. I'm hoping the story will end on a good note, not a perfect one, but a good one. I'd probably be pretty boring otherwise.
I really want a happy ending with Thorfin and his family to be happy and for Einar to find someone to raise a family with too. But knowing the time period of this anime im really scared for them in the future. I really hope it does end well though.

@@samuelbalogun1215 yes I am 100% planning on making more Vinland Saga edits. I’m working on a HxH AMV right now, but I have many different AMV/edits planned for different animes/mangas. Vinland Saga is easily one of my favorites.
Remembered the first time I read this, absolutely breathtaking. It's impossible for me not to get emotional with this scene. Without a doubt the peak of vinland saga.

I haven’t caught up yet because I don’t want to have nothing left to read, but Vinland Saga is the best manga I’ve read. Farm arc was phenomenal and so immersive. The character development in this arc was peak. Thorfinn, Einar, Canute, and Olmar had incredible development.
I kept waiting for it, and when he finally said it, I was like "Heck yeah Thorfinn, make it to the promised land"
I don't know what it is about breaking the mould, but it gets me fired up. It's like, life so far was tough enough, what's left to lose by trying to make it better?

The biggest flaw to the Vinland saga series is a lack of portayal in genuinely sadistic women as portrayed in the good book
I'm glad the story doesn't stoop to this reactionary garbage.
