You skipped how to charge it and the directions didn't include that either.

The solar panels will charge it or you can run a USB cable for the first charge and then let the solar panels keep it charged up.

Their customer service sucks. Their web site no longer exists. They don't respond to their email. I have a bird house camera that's only 5 months old & it's totally unusable. Don't waste your money.
