Its amazing how it went from a weird feeling to feeling like my body was being eaten alive and my soul being sucked out just within an hour. Hopefully I'm more immune now... ?

@@IdRatherBeHiking you are the MOST immune u can be for the next 3-6 months. I really like your philosophy of challenging yourself more. I have to live vicariously through your videos lol. I can’t hike that far anymore. I totally understand the wave of weird that comes over you at the beginning of Covid. I’ve had it x3 now. I’m an expert lol

@@RoeGabriel_i_EMPOWER ya that wave of weird is simliar to food poisoning yet still different which is why I thought it was that at first. 3x though.. that's brutal. I have had a life of highs and lows but the dark place with gritty challenges always leads to green pastures and self worth. I'm making some plans for this year, I need to start moving top priorities up to the "do it now" list like a first ascent of a mountain before my savings run out.

@@housemousell ya, I simple note or document saying I wave all consequences etc could have been signed but they aren't going to do that to help me they gain nothing from that, easier for me to walk out the door and the problem goes away. It's a tough one because you can't really plan for when covid will hit you.

Covid is a miserable thing. I had it and at least had the luxury of being home in bed suffering. That would of been horrible to have it come crashing down on you on the trail.

Ya days living in my CRV with fever and just miserable. The only thing that would have made that worse is the heat of Moab. Luckily it cooled down after the day I did that hike.
