Marinading chicken
Chicken breast, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 large onion, 1/2 thumbsize ginger, 1tbsp OMB Chicken spice blend, 2 tbsp Mild Madras Curry, salt to taste
Chicken curry sauce
3 tbsp cooking oil, 1/2 tsp OMB chicken spice blend, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 thumb size ginger, 2 diced onions, 2 tsp of powdered pepper, chopped tomatoes, 3 tbsp of mild madras curry powder, chicken breast, 3 cans of coconut milk, salt to taste
