He goes into the window slower to make the skip easier, which is why the CPR goes from +1 to -1
Edit: Oh I think you meant the entire map. Yeah that's just how hard it is to maintain WR pace.

His sens is pretty avg from what I could tell from the run? probably around 800dpi 1 ingame if I had to guess
