Mostly known (change bedrock to diamond ore)
In multiplayer when AFD (Away from Device), trap him into obsidian (or change it into bedrock).
Do the same in the first, but change grass blocks into bedrock.
Change water texture into lava, and lava texture into water.
GRIEF
Kill him when he's AFD
For hex editors, change invisible bedrock into diamond ore
replace diamond ore into coal ore
replace coal ore into diamond ore
Fill his home with obsidian
Push him into a very very deep hole.
Fill his intervory with air blocks (infinite)
Kill his animal pet
Kill his zombie pet
Replace stone with TNT
Replace TNT with stone
Tell him to stay in water in creative
Destroy crafting table in time of using need
Put bedrock around him in spawn point.

So, from what I can tell, this map was made on an iPad or phone because if you turn off split screen on a device,(the cross in the middle of the screen) you can press anything you see on screen so if you were in third person with split screen off you could press the button by tapping on it. :D
