I can't help but notice it isn't a reskin like so many claimed it looks nothing like the other bears in game shape or look frontier always puts 100% into their stuff love the game and this bear will be in my zoos for sure I love polar bears
Right! The models are absolutely stunning. I also want to be a zoologist so I was nervous that I'd be too judgy when I bought it, but it is amazing.
I figured considering that Polaris actually have a very different head than other bears. Also we already have while Grizzlies
I really love that you guys are adding Polar Bears to the game, because who knows how much longer these guys will be alive in the wild.
I hope they can even stand upright really excited for this pack.

So so excited that they’re being added!!
I love Frontier and PZ, don't get me wrong. This game is outstanding and beautiful. But I can also see why so many people are upset about it. Honestly, I played the Beta and they 100% should've extended it a week or two and done more testing. The game is riddled with bugs still, granted they are simultaneously fixing and adding content but it still feels like a very early beta game in some aspects. My flamingos were dying of starvation because my keepers walked in, looked around, and left without doing any feeding. And I didn't have very many animals to feed either. So, it's things like that that really need work. Otherwise, A+ to Frontier for this game.

There also should be kill and interaction animations with humans & animals. Like the lions have a fight with a zebra if it latches on, or if starved and finds a guest will eat the guest.

I think there should be more stress animations-elephants will attack fences or lash out at other creatures-or even curl up and "cry" and will shorten their lifespan or make them get diseased

Shame it's behind paid DLC. The game has been a buggy mess to the point I swore off any campaigns (only playing the still buggy sandbox) until things settled down and now I see this waved in front of me asking for more money. It's beautiful and of course I want it, but I'm not sure you deserve the money yet. I still don't know if I got my money's worth for the base game.

Yeah I still love the game, but I’m still weirded out by how they design the baby models for so many animals. Tiny shrunken head, body proportions that look just like an adult (like the grizzly cubs) and not very cute. It’s weird because they get species like the wolf cubs perfect. But then there’s the bears... yikes.

Seriously? This looks less like a polar bear and more like a recoloured and mildly tweaked brown bear. Where’s the long neck? And why does the baby have an even smaller head compared to its body than the adult? It looks deformed and not cute at all.
Edit: lol calm down guys I love the game so far, I’m just tired of them doing this to their carnivores. The tigers and grizzlies have shorter necks and larger heads than they should, and it makes them look less majestic and more... inbred. They’re trying to hit a “slightly cartoony” look, but it doesn’t work. Especially when the female lions look perfectly realistic, but the male lions look like cartoons.
