My TL with only an intake and racing oil (minor weight reduction) is sneaky fast. My stepmom used to have a G35 coupe and it wasn't that fast (looked the part though). Cheap quality build compared to my TL too. I've beaten cars I never should have with my TL.
i have a 2007 G35s sedan .. and i can tell u that driver in the G fucked up.. he had such a slow lauch giving the win to the tl.. thats why i like best 2 out of 3
Wow that a slow time for the g for sure. What's the altitude or da? Both my 08 sedans are mid high 13s even my awd. My 6mt run 13.6/13.7 all day at 103/104, my wifes awd is 13.8 to 13.9 at 100/101 bone stock. Iv raced quite a few j35 tl's and 6-6 accords and have yet to lose, from a roll or dig. Had a few close ones with a few bolt on 6-6 accords and one type s from a roll. They can be deadly from a roll with the right bolt ons, Iv got a bunch of parts waiting to go on my 6mt, just need my art pipes and uprev and I should be flirting with 12s, and should be 295-305ishwhp then will be going with an a2a stillen supercharger this summer, that will be an easy 500whp+.

As crappy as the G35 launch was, the higher trap speed is the true indicator of how much faster if is in daily situations.
