Her pure, natural, raw beauty, combined with her incredible expressiveness while singing make her, well, insanely alluring. ...Oh, and her songwriting is phenomenal, and her singing is incredibly powerful; soul-stirring, really. If she doesn't become a superstar - the biggest in rock since at least Stevie Nicks or Pat Benatar, or even going back to Joni Mitchell or Janis Joplin -- then there is something really wrong with the world. (And yes, her talent encompasses the disparate styles of all those legends I just mentioned; she is just that phenomenal.)

KInda puts production into perspective doesn't it. Lot of artists get themselves put into a lot of externals (some of them have nothing else,) but then this happens for us. Nothing extra, no external noise, just Lissie singing it from the inside; the inside of the song, and the inside of her heart.
