(You can find theese easter eggs by looking at vidoes) Now apart from easter eggs, the Jumpscares them selfs i agree are the most creepy in the first game because the sound of them is very startling, and they are all so sudden, making them realistic as you say, as well as the movement of them as they jumpscare. Golden freddy himself as well probally takes a spot in the top 5 creepy things in fnaf 1, becuase of the laughing child when you see him on the poster. It's the scariest jumpscare for me too but I think it's because he's so close to the camera than any other animatronic, much like Golden Freddy. Which is why GF's jumpscare in fnaf 2 got me as well.
The first five nights at Freddy’s will always be the scariest to me because it felt so real in a sense. The game seemed like something that could actually happen. The look and feel of the game doesn’t seem too far fetched and it looks like a real pizzeria. No hate on the other games, it’s just that some of them felt way more fictional, especially sister location.

Scott nailed it the first time. Think about it. High pitched scream, starts high and only gets higher. Jumpscare only lasts for BARELY longer than a second, the same amount of time it takes our brain to go "OH, GOD", and then it's over. You just got spooked. It's sweet, to the point, your own simple actions dictate whether or not you fail, and the limited options in the game give you the feeling of being helpless...it's kind of perfect. The other games are scary, sure. But I fear Scott peaked with his first fnaf game, an absolute masterpiece.
This game will always be the most scary to me because of how “grounded to reality” it is. And the jumpscare animations look so much better than any other fnaf for some reason.
It's because the mix of the lighting and movement give an amazing sense of scale. They're up right in the face of the player, and you immediately realize that the animatronics are the same size as a human, bigger even. The blueish whitish lighting emphasize the animatronics face and body while there is a shadow cast around them that adds to how physically imposing they are. Overall it feels like you're a person who is actually in an office with these characters as opposed to the other games where it's basically just a gif flashing on screen
I think it’s cause the major difference between FNaF 1 and most of the other games is that the jumpscares are animated like a cutscene, meaning the animatronics are actually part of the scenery during the jumpscare, meaning their lighting is more accurate. Unlike in a lot of the other games where it’s the jumpscare animation being played on top of scenery, meaning the lighting doesn’t match as well.
Lots of people say that foxys jumpscare is the least scary, but i think it one of the better ones. Not because of the jumpscare itself, but because you can se him running towards you on cams, which makes you panic and hurry to shut the door on him.

I personally think Bonnie's jumpscare is the creepiest in the game mostly due to the fact that while during the whole length of his animation his eyes are constantly looking at you no matter how his head moves. It's almost chilling like he's fully aware of your situation and knows you can't go anywhere at this point. I personally think that after all these official games the animatronics from the first game had the best designs. They achieved that uncanny Valley feel so well compared to other animatronics in the series that I find are trying to hard to be creepy or are too cutesy
I disagree. Freddy's jumpscare when the power is on is definitely the scariest. The creepy, souless and rage-filled black eyes he has make the jumpscare feel more violent and horrifying than bonnie's. not to mention the fact that it's extremely unpredictable, and the fact that the laughs that signify hes inside the office and the laughs that signify hes moved camera position only adds to the feelings of confusion, paranoia and fear. bonnie's uncanny-valley, pearl eyes are creepy but he does not nearly come close to the creepiness of freddys black eyes, and he does not come close to conveying the same anger as freddy.

Foxy's jumpscare is underrated (0:54). While every other animatronic jumps at you, meaning a quick attack leading to the game over, Foxy just shows up, but that still leads to the game over. That implies Foxy does something else with you, probably slowly, and it's far from a good thing.
I believe he just stares at you for a few seconds, then proceeds to tear you to shreds with his hook and teeth then while you're still alive, he slices your neck and kills you
For some reason, the scariest for me is Freddy when he sneaks in through the East hall, because even if you know he’s in your room, he always delays just to make it even scarier. The reason I find t-his to be scarier than the power outage is probably because you can’t even see his eyes. They’re just a deep black abyss that’s the last thing you see before you die. And you’re still getting paid under minimum wage

The lighting of Freddy's eyes are so eerie in some shots; we would usually see either blacked out eyes, the two white dots, or their normal eyes, but it's eerie. Well for me if not the majority
Ikr. I’ve done him on 20 difficulty, and I can tell you that if you look away from the E. Hall corner (while he’s there) for even a second without the door shut, he will come right on in and just scare the shit out of you. And like you were saying, those deep dark eyes in the camera are more than enough to keep me awake at night

And last but not least, the classic, golden freddy, appears only on pc and as I heard very very rare on IOS,his jumpscare is not scary at all. When your power/battery runs out freddy will jumpscare you, if you're lucky you will get the 60 secs long song, in case youre at 5 am this will help you very much or you can be unlucky and get the shorter one. The great thing about these jumpscares is that ur stuck in an office, presuming the animatronics are in the other rooms, but they come at u when u least expect it, unlike other horror games, where u already hear or see it coming
I remember when my cousing showed me the power off jumpscare from FNAF 1, at the time I had never heard of FNAF so I didn’t know what to except. He was telling me that he was a good bear, and this is until I received my first ever FNAF jumpscare. And 9 years laters I’m still in the franchise
the jumpscares themselves werent all that scary, but the game itself is unsettling. The sounds you hear like the sudden carnival music playing or the "dum dum dum dum dum" or freddy laughing mixed in with the loud humming of glourescent lights makes you feel like youre just trapped in some kind of hell
This game struck the best balance with how long the animation lasted and how much was going on, every game after besides 4 was off, pizzeria and ucn were the worst offenders, some jumpscares on UCM are just ridiculous, there's so much movement and loud screeching noise for no reason
UCN was made for fun, and used as a challenge arcade for players - but still played a part in the lore somehow. My opinion, possibly not anyone else's, what's yours?

the loss of power jumpscare is the scariest because he can either get you or you can win if 6 am is around the corner and he randomly chooses how long to wait to end you
Chica is the creepiest looking in FNAF 1 to me especially when she has her beak open in the right hall cam and Bonnie is the jumpscare that I get when I am not expecting it. It has to do with the way the door lights work. When you click on a light to turn it on, in order to turn it back off you have to click it. If an animatronic spawns at the door while the light is on it turns off automatically. So sometimes one of them will spawn at the door while I turn the light on and when they make it turn off I think it is me turning off instead of them and then I get a surprise jumpscare, usually from Bonnie for some reason, when I lift the camera down.
Does anyone notice the jumpscared are kids you can realize it when the jumpscare stay longer the gone missing kids is "Gabriel Susie Jeremy Fritz and Cassidy"

The lighting of Freddy's eyes are so eerie in some shots; we would usually see either blacked out eyes, the two white dots, or their normal eyes, but it's eerie. Well for me if not the majority
Ikr. I’ve done him on 20 difficulty, and I can tell you that if you look away from the E. Hall corner (while he’s there) for even a second without the door shut, he will come right on in and just scare the shit out of you. And like you were saying, those deep dark eyes in the camera are more than enough to keep me awake at night

Warning when you get jumpscared your phone vibraites.
Bonnie, as I seen in my experience of jumpscares waits for you to close/put down the camera then jumpscares you.

Freddy comes usually on night tree, if you look at the cameras, you will see (only) some black eyes, that is him. It is very hard to see him in the dark.
When he jumpscares you he forces you to put down your camera.

He is the only one that isn't scary, he just comes in with a happy face, waving at you.The scariest thing about him is when he isn't in the pirate cave and you see him running in the halls.
When you see he isn't in the cave. PUT. YOUR. CAMERA. DOWN. CL0SE. THE. DOORS.
He may consume you battery but, it's better than dying.
And last but not least, the classic, golden freddy, appears only on pc and as I heard very very rare on IOS,his jumpscare is not scary at all.
He just pops out in your room then, your screen is covered by his face who screams at you.
When your power/battery runs out freddy will jumpscare you, if you're lucky you will get the 60 secs long song, in case youre at 5 am this will help you very much or you can be unlucky and get the shorter one.

The great thing about these jumpscares is that ur stuck in an office, presuming the animatronics are in the other rooms, but they come at u when u least expect it, unlike other horror games, where u already hear or see it coming

I remember when my cousing showed me the power off jumpscare from FNAF 1, at the time I had never heard of FNAF so I didn’t know what to except. He was telling me that he was a good bear, and this is until I received my first ever FNAF jumpscare. And 9 years laters I’m still in the franchise
the jumpscares themselves werent all that scary, but the game itself is unsettling. The sounds you hear like the sudden carnival music playing or the "dum dum dum dum dum" or freddy laughing mixed in with the loud humming of glourescent lights makes you feel like youre just trapped in some kind of hell
This game struck the best balance with how long the animation lasted and how much was going on, every game after besides 4 was off, pizzeria and ucn were the worst offenders, some jumpscares on UCM are just ridiculous, there's so much movement and loud screeching noise for no reason
And they last for like 2 full seconds and they always freeze frame
UCN was made for fun, and used as a challenge arcade for players - but still played a part in the lore somehow.
My opinion, possibly not anyone else's, what's yours?

Chica is the creepiest looking in FNAF 1 to me especially when she has her beak open in the right hall cam and Bonnie is the jumpscare that I get when I am not expecting it. It has to do with the way the door lights work. When you click on a light to turn it on, in order to turn it back off you have to click it. If an animatronic spawns at the door while the light is on it turns off automatically. So sometimes one of them will spawn at the door while I turn the light on and when they make it turn off I think it is me turning off instead of them and then I get a surprise jumpscare, usually from Bonnie for some reason, when I lift the camera down.
Does anyone notice the jumpscared are kids you can realize it when the jumpscare stay longer the gone missing kids is "Gabriel Susie Jeremy Fritz and Cassidy"
