if you have a decent cable provider, you can get a lot of that stuff. Ive watched rally races and a couple super gt races before live here in the states. They aren't trying to "keep it from us." Ratings for those particular motorsports are poor in the united states so they don't prioritize showing them on the bigger channels as much. Not many people are interested in watching a race series that will never come to our shores. Just be glad F1 is coming back.
@jasonking959 No, why should they? Audi built in fat V8 before the front axle. Subaru built in a boxer with low center of gravity. if you drive hard an impreza gt (1200kg weight) there are no understeer. maybe the newer ones with lot of weight like the newest version and the 2010 model of the wrx sti.

We’ll get more solid pricing information as the U.S. launch nears." However much it ends up costing it is just a switching of emphases with the BRZ leaning more to the chassis and the Mustang the engine.
@McDermott011 That would be the racing fuel insert. For high speed fill one hole is for petrol and the other sucks out the air whilst being filled. So its not an exhaust...
Added to that, the fact that the exhaust would deafen you and you'd fry on a hot day due to a complete lack of insulation and A/C. Assuming you could get it road registered by detuning it and fitting standards-approved seatbelts and semi-race rubber. Which you'd need to change for wets every time it rained, and replace every couple of months. Then there's the fuel and maintenance costs of driving a highly-strung engine every day. And the uprated cooling so it can handle sitting in traffic... ;)
@sjjw91 It's fine, they werent pulling it by the wing itself, but the wing supports, which in these kinds of cars are solid, strong pieces of composite or lightweight alloys, or both. So they are extremely rigid & strong and technically are a part of the cars chassis/frame since in pure race cars like these they are bolted/bonded/welded to the frame. Not that apr trunk mount wing, don't try that with those you will damage those spoilers if you pull them. For these it's fine.
@ambee514 the numbers mean nothing really, its just the units we decide to view the torques with, if you view in in newton meters then its very different.
Just look at how it attack corners.. ahhh... and the sound of the engine.. It's a beast! Anyway, nice video.. good cinematography, nice soundtrack, and the best cast ever.. ehehe..
That was pretty sick. Only problem I have with the Boxer engine is that it's torque numbers are so off from it's hp. The BRZ has like almost 200hp but only about 150 torques. My 2.2L Cobalt has more torque

I so fucking love Lemans-style bodykits. It makes any car looks so damn cool. The Porsche 911 cars are so ugly and looks girly but in the LeMans, it looked so great.
@phlemTARD The K-series is indeed a bulletproof and responsive motor. Although I think it's a shame that the FA/FG can hardly pull it's weight in stock form. Also the WRX starting is 24-25k. You're thinking of the STi which has a starting of 34-36k. Although I do agree with you on the STi's handling. Ive driven 2 STi's, the transmission does feel notchy and the clutch pedal is too light. But it's better than most cars IMO. I like the fact that it has a really short throw stock.
If ESPN played Super GT, it would kill NASCAR and Indycar ratings overnight. A lot of money goes into preventing SuperGT from being broadcasted in America.
I have regained faith in the car world. The styling of the FRS/BRZ/FT86 is really nice. Very compact for a 4 seater, unlike the the fat 2 seaters people say it looks like. (350z) hahaha let the flaming begin. But everyone has their opinions.
Good to know it still sounds good with equal length headers. Wonder what all they did to get it up to 300 horses, if its still even the same engine. I could see them throwing the Legacy's 6 in.
@jasonking959 i love my wrx, but you are correct. took alot of mods to correct my understeer prob. and its still not the best. Lower H bracket, upper tower strut, and lowered. wider wheels. to bad its not AWD :(
@ChubyCho FT86 is named GT86 and have you seen the NSX, pretty much beat them all, but it's on another price class, but i still gotta agree with you, can't wait!

I almost agree. I still prefer rumbling noise of tuned Impreza, however it wouldn't match to BRZ. So it is great!

@edwardzepeda94 For the GT300 car or the GT86? The GT86 is a flat four subaru motor as well as the FR-S. Toyota is using the Prius as it's GT300 car.
