Try this dish in Houston during Latin Restaurant Weeks!

A big part of why food is so good in Houston is because the city is one of the most diverse in the United States. That said, Latin American flavors and recipes have certainly influenced the dining scene in a big way...and this goes way beyond Tex-Mex. Take “El Tour Del Sabor” in Houston during Latin Restaurant Weeks. The event runs July 5 through July 19 during which almost one hundred Houston dining spots, from restaurants to food trucks, will feature delicious dining specials. Houston Life’s Melanie Camp met up with The Lymbar’s owner and executive chef, David Cordúa to taste The Lymbar’s Latin Restaurant Weeks dinner special. Take a look in the video above.
