Omg!!!! I have been in tears watching your videos. I just found your channel this morning. I have been desperately fighting to find out what the hell has been wrong with me for years now. I have become soooo very sick, so exhausted, my skin looks so horrible from head to toe, along with horrible discoloration. I no longer leave my house from embarrassment. My stomach is bloated & so uncomfortable or painful all the time!!!My daughter is now fighting the same battle!!! Getting worse and worse by the day. I have been doing nothing but studying and taking medical classes for the fact that dr.s have done nothing other than want to use antibiotics or remove so many feet of my intestines. Said I'd just be more comfortable with them removed. Hell NO!!!! I will be ordering from you, I think I just now need to figure out what to start with.

Read the comments too on what has worked for other people. There are so many great resources teaching what is scientifically proven to work. Best of success to you on your healing journey and staying healthy once improvement and healing happens. You can shop for bulk or loose powder of herb extracts, nutrients, and other. Amazon has some resources 9great comments helpful too) and pure bulk is another store.
Peppermint oil gel caps also help combat bad bacteria and yeast, sooth shut pain. Scientifically proven. I was really bad many years ago for many years. A terrible side effect of a horrible antibiotic for my jaw destroyed my gut and led to fatal autoimmune which I also cured. I used many of these in video on my cat too who had Severe IBS and pancreatitis. He almost died. Tests prove he was healed. Doc said would come back tho so far not after year and half. He’s doing amazing and almost died. I’ll have him tested again in another year or so but he’s aged and act like a kitten. He’s the picture of health.
Good luck! Stay away from antibiotics unless absolutely necessary and even then google the one they are recommending. The newer antibiotics with fluoride molecule are outright dangerous. And by the way, my cat was given an antibiotic off label when I rejected the fluoride molecule antibiotic but I failed to look it up.
That is what caused his health problems, including the IBS and later pancreatitis, he lost 30% of his body weight and almost died. Seriously there are a lot of horrible antibiotics Beyond the side effects of the earlier ones side effects means damage. Side effects means it’s causing harm to your body so forewarned about the newer antibiotics always research before you take drugs that doctors recommend try to stay away from drugs and doctors unless you absolutely need them only use doctors who respect Natural healing, and the real damage of drugs being overly cautious and limited in their prescriptions
Really try the peppermint oil gelcaps. They work and will be part of the restoration of your gut. Swanson vitamins, available on Amazon, or their store has the best highest dose lowest cost one. I’d stock up with 5 or six bottles, when Swanson has them on sale then you’re getting them the cheapest ever. Swanson regularly has sales on many items. That you use regularly come on sale and that’s the time to stock up. You’ll spend a lot less on your nutrition that way. Same thing with buying loose powder bulk. Herbs and nutritional items. Once you have them, you don’t have to buy them for years you save a fortune
For face break out try baking soda and water thin mixture. You simply let it dry on your face. It’s amazing to clear up bad breakouts. I used in past and works. My girlfriend with cystic acne fought trying everything. It was baking soda that finally cleared up her skin. It’s so gentle and your skin, inflamed, will not react to it. Do it two times a day. It is even slightly abrasive so you do gentle exfoliation circles then let it dry about 15 minutes or so to my recollection. I’m 60 years old. Natural healing works.
For weight loss, add 3-9tbsp of coconut oil to your food a day. Cook with add the soups put on bread instead of butter etc. add it to drinks you can buy MCT oil which is coconut oil with the wax removed so it doesn’t turn solid above 70° and easily mixes. Coconut oil is the only medium chain triglyceride oil. It gets burned directly by the liver it gives you energy and is incredible for weight loss and correcting thyroid. I was hypothyroid and had gained 40 pounds. I did the coconut oil after my friends that I work with on the phone Told me that they lost 40 and 60 pounds simply by doing this I had tried all kinds of herbs that were scientifically proven, but I could not budge the weight or correct hypothyroid it was amazing. I was so obsessed with getting more coconut oil to do it faster than I actually ate double the calories. I was eating healthy, soups and foods, but I was eating a lot.
That weight slipped off me like magic. I think it took a couple months. I I just remember gaining more energy. I was busy and it was like all of a sudden I was back down to a size 4. And anytime the weight started coming back 5 pounds or so and my metabolism slowing. I simply added the coconut oil for a couple of weeks and it corrected it back. Watched what I ate healthy but I didn’t count calories. My thyroid was healed and I kept off my weight for 30 years. Until now. With menopause and a ton of stress in my life. Cortisol caused by stress will increase weight. I haven’t tried it since I gained 25 pounds. But I’m going to.
Decades ago, my friend, who had lost 60 pounds was passed menopause. All she did was take the coconut oil adding it to her food every day. 😜 Seriously, nothing works better! And, it is so good for your gut, energy, and more. Even prevents and helps reverse Alzheimer’s. Look for a source best price by gallon. Big lots had the best price years ago, but I moved out of state and the one here doesn’t have it.
It is not necessary to buy organic coconut oil. Pesticides are not used and not needed where they grow coconut oil in the Philippines. Standard unprocessed. Virgin coconut oil. Even a second pressing is all you need and it’s perfectly fine. You will use a lot if for weight loss, si so Shop for a good source for the best price. Stock up so you don’t run out I used to buy 3 gallons at a time which lasted me many months maybe a whole year or a little more saved a lot that way

Hi Dr. DiNezza, what is your updated stance on the relevance of biolfims for yeast? I have used 1 month of itraconazole, then right after amoxicillin. I hindsight I probably developed sifo after but my GI put my on rifaximin and it got much worse. I am 95% sure I have SIFO and SIBO now as sugar gives me many problems like early satiety, mild gastritis, and seemingly a lactose intolerance, bloating, belching, brain fog, very tense neck, migraines, fatigue. Very much likely a magnesium deficiency as my short term memory has suffered over the last year and have unexplainable nerve pain in hands and feet. I have had for the last 1.5 years depression, chronic stress, anxiety and very poor and less sleep for the first time . I have had a less intense version of this 6 years ago for 3 years but it went away I believe from a lot of kefr and plums. I fear that the candida has rooted and causing leaky gut and are giving me the autoimmune symptoms I feel like new pain in hands and fingers and ulnar, as well as joint pain and stiffness. Right after eating sugar I feel joint swelling, stiffness and pain, brain fog, fatigue, a feeling of fatigue like I am drunk, and stiffness in the neck. I have bought the undecylenic acid with bee propolis out of desperation and am waiting for it to ship. Will this be enough do you think? What is your updated stance on biofilms for yeast and for my situation. Thank you so much your videos have been a real lifesaver to me I really mean it.

Are you asking if it will work at a lower dose? Most likely yes. If you feel a difference at a lower dose I think that is fine. If it's more of a cost issue I would save up and wait until you can afford to do the full dose for a couple of months.

Do your own research but I think there's a link to B12 deficiency and gastritis. If you already take B12, you may need enough choline in order to absorb it. I shown signs of low B12 but I was taking B12 and I realized I'm probably choline deficient due to a low protein/sulfur diet cause all those foods have choline and learned there's a link to B12 and magnesium absorption and choline.

reasons for developing SIBO, SIFO, CANDIDA….if the area of the area of infection isn’t healthy, overgrowth of bad bacteria, leaky gut, antibiotics, chronic stress, contaminated food or liquid, or could be what i’m guilty of is drinking, and throwing up for a long time.
one more i’m wondering about, and i don’t mean for this to be disrespectful or uncomfortable but could oral sex cause CANDIDA?
could it linger for a long time with some symptoms and then with a dose or two of antibiotics kick it into high gear?
i’ve had heartburn/GERD for a long time, but i have never been as sick as i was in december 2018 & 2019.
my insides were in fire !!!!!!!!!
    symptoms are still lingering.
i’m a “why guy” and constantly trying to figure out what could have caused all the nastiness.
maybe H. Pylori could have contributed, but my symptoms were very severe.
i honesty believe i experienced anaphylactic shock three or four times.
it felt like my blood was poisoned, and burning up inside but i couldn’t put the fire out. i had vertigo, candida, SIBO, ulcerative colitis, and gastritis ALL AT THE SAME TIME !!!!
plus i couldn’t breathe, and a knot in my back like a pipe stuck in it, along with panic attacks.!!!!! to top it off, i couldn’t control my emotions and/or anger. i was also lucky enough to have very high anxiety, and panic attacks. all this plus depression that almost pushed me over the top.
i forgot about not being able to not lay of my stomach or sides for a hood six months.
if all this sounds like it’s impossible or the worst case of combination of the worst symptoms, well i’m telling the truth 100%
    unfortunately.
i’ve learned that i’m very happy to just be alive, and am very grateful for what i have.
my only concern is how to prevent this from ever happening again.
this is why i’m such a why guy.
i would love your help trying to figure this out.
    thank you gino

HI I just want to point out that you are describing Thorne Undecylenic acid as coming from coconut and its is not! Undecylenic acid is derived from the oil of castor bean, but it is also a natural component of human perspiration. It was first isolated in 1877. Undecylenic acid is a fatty acid, similar to omega 3 fatty acids or caprylic acid, which is derived from coconut oil. Although caprylic acid is thought to be one of the most potent natural anti-fungal nutrients, in some instances, undecylenic acid can be up to 6 times more potent than caprylic acid. Not being mean I only want to point this out to you!
