I've stayed in Fumatown it is beautiful, very peaceful. It a permaculture based community. It's build on coral which is why its so unique. Everything there is built using nature and natural plant to keep mosquitoes away. Lovely place.

You can also buy land in Tanzania with your business name. First start a business then use the name of your business to buy land for a 99 year lease and you can renew it as well. This is for the whole Tanzania not only Zanzibar.

No you don’t have to partner with a native Tanzanian. You can do it complete alone but know that you’ll be charged & taxed as a foreigner if you do so. Partnering with a local is the most cost-effective way to do it.

Peace sis. The same question was asked a few hours ago. This is my response:
      ***COPY AND PASTED MESSAGE***
Yep it sure is. Which brings me to the point of my last video. EVERYONE ELSE comes out here and does it. Why can’t we?
A good friend told me not to long ago, they’ve been using us, and our avenues for years to create generations and centuries of wealth for themselves. When an opportunity comes along to take advantage of them, use their avenues and get a come up on that, let’s put the hate aside and use them how they’ve used us. Let’s play the game. Because so far, this is one of the only viable options I see to be a 99year lease- holder here in TZ without jumping through a million hoops. We don’t have to live there necessarily, just invest and rent out. Create that residual income. Unbothered. All above board all legit... this is chess.

I lived there and my partner is German and it looks like a typical German rental property site- I recognise their high standard in fit out, design, sanitaryware and kitchens, and if they're using imported sanitaryware and kitchens from Germany you're getting a LOT for your money at those prices, and the knowledge it's built to their high specifications and standards.
