ok so ive been trying to turn on frame blending but for the column there's like no way i can check the boxes because the boxes dont show up, if that makes sense
Yeah! If you look in the lower right corner of your window, you should see 3 buttons that should show/hide the columns in your timeline :) Let me know if that helps!

its the inbetween frames man, so if you are playing back at the same frame rate there are no in between frames...
Lower the frame rate or stretch out the footage to see whats really happening
Why don’t some of my clips have frame blending?
u gotta enable them next to the clip

@@Akaisensoo you might be trying to use it on a precomp ? - will only work on footage
@@squareintheeye9175 The box shows up onlye when i slow down my footage.. it wasn't like that before
