I have played WOTB on Mobile and PC for over 8 years now, And I can 100% say for me mobile is flat better. At the end of the day it's based off your individual skill
Yeah 100% agree. Its so much harder pressing keys when all you gotta do is just tap tap tap away on your phone. Plus its much more portable for more user friendly gameplay and quick access. They also make a hell of a lot more money off mobile.
I started on mobile but always found it difficult, once I switched to pc I instantly got better and enjoy playing more, still not a great player, but slightly above average😂
I started on a cheap android phone and then moved to pc and got better but then I got a nice iPad and it is worlds better than pc - if I wanted to play on pc I would play WoT
What I do for this is I use the auto aim of mobile to my advantage. The auto aim aims and stays at whatever spot u aim At on the enemy tank while it is moving, by usinh the free look I let the auto-aim aim at the tank while I look around with the free look
Been playing arround 50%-50% on both mobile and pc. Once i switch to pc, i was doing much better. My winrate significantly increased by around 10%, still going up. I find is easier to move, aim, not to mention the fov is better on pc. Currently I only play from mobile on extra modes, when i dont have acces to pc
Same with only playing game modes on touch. You need to use more than 2 fingers or you're handicapped on touch (think small phones). Also no manual zoom so much harder to preaim and blindshot
I'm on a tiny phone and I much prefer my PC as the controls are much better, more instant and I don't find myself bringing my fingers across the screen every few seconds. I think if I had bigger device it would be absolutely fine, but mine is just too small to be comfortable
Last night 80% of the games I played were over in three minutes or less, never have the teams been so unbalanced. Watching him have time to position and actually play is a rarity in my experience.
That means that your heavies can't use their armor properly and cannot hold for long. I recommend you play in a well armored heavy and hold for your team. And even if you don't win for the same reason that your partners suck, you come out with at least 2k damage.
I play on Switch, started last month. Controller play is alright; gyro assist aiming goes a long way. The one thing I find annoying is actually turning the hull of the tank consistently in the direction I want. Because turning and the throttle are both tied to the left joystick, there are times where I move forward or backward when I just want to pivot in place. Kind of wish turning the hull was tied to the left and right shoulder buttons instead, because of this.
Correction.. you could able turn on the auto aim on mobile, it's on setting on the control menu and there you would find a option to turn on toggle for auto aim both for arcade or precision mode

So I'm going to be honest, I used to suck in the hori but my main problem was using the wrong equipment for my playstyle. So any new players out there, make sure to check out all of the equipment, it can change your gameplay
@@wynndrome It's quite a common issue I find, me and my old mate used the same equipment for every tank because we thought it would work for everything haha. We were quite wrong
I've been playing FPS my entire life basically, thus for me it's way easier on PC. I tried playing on mobile but I just can't coordinate my movements, and I miss a lot of shots.
For me, the only reason why I don't play mobile is that it's very difficult to shoot and as well as traverse the turret accurately, while moving. I don't have 3 thumbs! Otherwise, I would say mobile players have a huge advantage with grinding, because of ads. I take advantage of those for gold and crates but I do know you can get an ad to give more xp at the end of a battle, which I don't use because I never play battles on mobile.
I think aim is better sometimes. You have to watch the auto aim because if you are aiming into a crack and a tank comes through your gun lock onto the turret and moves often making you shoot into a wall or rock. Also changing to HEAT or APCR means you have to take your finger off your aiming or movement. Communication is also slower and I have not found a way to reloading clips without just wasting the remaining shot(s).
I started playing on my Mac, but I''ve been moving over to my iPad Air to play. I've been using a 6 finger claw to play with the iPad as well. I'm still a potato so it doesn't really matter in the end.

Yeah. But if you are playing on a smaller phone screen, the button are a bit too cramped. It's always a distaster when you accidentally touch the shoot button when you are moving the turret. I always want to cry when this happen in my long reload HT or TD. At best, I'm wasting time. Worst case, enemies will swarm me in that reload time lol
I play on PC for 2 reasons only, I get flat 60 or 120 fps depending what I need to do, no drops, in performance, and also because I can snap shots easily with a mouse than using my fingers, since it's a bit awkward like, 1 finger to move(joystick), 1 for aiming, 1 for shooting, and quick movement for consumables. But autoaim on mobile is better since on PC it aims directly to the target instead of predicting the trajectory
I play mobile, and The only thing I hate is that chat button For SOS and others, is not adjustable, and I click it by accident a lot and it results in a lot of Missed opportunities. (If there is a way to move it, pls let me know, cause it seems as I can adjust every button, beside that one)
I think mobile makes it much easier to fine tune your aim and movement since you're using your fingers to aim your gun and move your tank. Makes it easier to get shots through small holes and gaps. The only thing annoying is you accidentally pressing the fire button.
I also don't like how many fingers it takes to do all the things you can do on PC. on mobile you can only do 2 things at a time without much difficulty.
@@canadiangoose4078 You know you can disable auto aim right? There's a button in settings where it adds an auto aim toggle button that can be enabled or disabled when playing. I use this in case there are 2 or more tanks close to each other. But then again it all comes down to experience and what you are more comfortable with.
I play on the Samsung a26 it sucks. The screen is not sensitive at all. And sometimes you have to beat it to death to fire a shot. But it can still seal club. But the higher tiers its a liability. Causes me some losses. But I'm still 69% at seal club levels.
with PC, sweaty palms won’t hinder your gameplay and mess up your touchscreen like on phone, you can also control your zoom in range when you want to aim. Not to mention with PC everything is just more clear. I don’t care about autoaim, since I always rely shooting manually. With these reasons, I’m pretty sure most people prefer PC over phone. The only reason a lot of people still play it on phone is either for the ads to get rewards, or they just don’t own a pc.
It’s straight up not your fault, I have watched my finger hit the button before and it doesn’t always fire, I swear it’s the games own sensitivity issue. I have also had major issues with the button not always firing. It’s hard to miss one of the two fire buttons so this is a plausible argument.
I have to play on pc because I only have one working arm so I can keybind wasd to my mouse and play but I had no idea mobile had such an auto aim advantage I think they should be separate servers pc and mobile that explains why I'm getting hatched so easily.
I've always played on mobile. Over the 8 years I've played on iPad pro, Nintendo and Samsung. I've always played with a controller. I've never used the screen to control the tank.
Should definitely be able to turn off cross platform MM on PC as well as mobile. The amount of difference in aiming and control is enormous. It’s a different game with sticky aim.

Everything is in reach when playing with mobile. For PC you still have to make some keybind adjustments that's accessible for you to use your consumables properly as well as change ammo types.

I can’t tell you the amount of times I try to change ammo type, aim and shoot at the same time and end up missing my shot because of me not being fast enough since all those three actions are done on the right side I’d the screen. And yes I move if I need to. Not to mention that you have to look at your where you’re pressing to make sure you don’t tap too far off the buttons needed
Idk it's harder to aim for me on mobile, because the screen is too small, you can't count a tablet as mobile since it has a bigger screen, that's my opinion
It much more better if we got gyro controls like what they give to Nintendo switch. I think it will make a big difference on the easiness playing this game on mobile also it make you perform more with it than not.
I didn't know PC didn't have the auto aimer. I've been having the problem on mobile where im aiming in on an enemy and another enemy pulls past or behind it, my auto aimer switches to tracking him, and my reticule gets dragged off target. I put the auto aimer on a toggle button recently and I'm doing a bit better now.
I am currently playing Blitz in mobile as I don't have access to a PC again yet. I'm sure I'll do better on a PC but it will be boring so if I'm on PC, I prefer the regular 15v15 than 7v7 Blitz.
I went from World of Tanks to blitz and my god, it is almost unpossible for me to play on the touchscreen. Basically the aim with a mouse from WoT (about 8 000 games played) made me snapping those hatches like nothing and super unicum u go.
Lol. I'm an ex WoT players (I played for more than 2 years and only stopped because my laptop broke). I might not a unicorn purple player (a.k.a pro player) there. But I'm confident in my skill that I stole from WoT youtubers like QB and Dez. I used to be a decent player who can sometimes out manouver enemies in 1 vs 5 scenario and won with a risky moves and clutch snapshoots. The proof, I just started Blitz a while ago and my performance is quite decent (56% WR from 1500+ matches, with Tiger 2 as my highest tier and Tiger 1 as my best performed tank). I obviously still have the basic skill like flanking, perma tracking, weakspots knowledge, etc. But I can't replicate the "circle of death", clutch snapshoot, and capoula snipping moves that I used to master in WoT. The aim control in mobile is hard for fast and precise shoot move.
Does anybody else have a “cursed” tank in theire collection?for some reason every time i play my 60tp i get put in a bad team,i do la 4000 damage and the guy in second does like 18000.did this happened to yall?
I have a few tanks that always get bad teams and would get shot and penned every time i passed a clearing, even if my whole team was passing through with me.
I'm playing on mobile for 3 year, but still I don't know if mobile is better than PC. I didn't play too much on pc but I find it a bit difficult to aim properly on pc (Maybe I'm just not used to it). But thé thing is, mobile is great......IF u have a good device ! On my 3 yo tablet it become rly difficult to play with 30 avrg FPS with low grafics, and even 15 fps when i drive my tank in watter, or when i look at a destroyed tank, etc....
It is not mobile or PC! It is about game control: touch, keyboard/mouse, gamepad! Touch and gamepad share the same aim/auto-aim mechanics. Keyboard/mouse has its own aim system. I prefer the gamepad version in a PC with a game controller that has gyro built-in such as Flydigi Apex 3.
The game would improve if folks at higher tiers stick to tanks they know. That they play well. BUT, so many WANT to play IS-8 and Sheridain when they take skill. Especially Sheridain. OF course you don't know if you can play a tank unless you take it out several times. SO this will always happen. No fix.
Molendijk (that damn blimp/dirigible/airship explosion in the background at the north or top map 2 to 3) and Ghost Factory are resource heavy maps. set effects and draw distance to ultra low (low for track suspension effects). All else is well but I am stuck to medium settings as maximum available levels and anti lasing is removed (pixel perfect no staircase lines but is killer level slow.) no longer have the advanced graphics bloom lighting they once promoted on tank reflections shimmering. they did update 9.7 noticably on Middleburg even if medium just like the new gun sounds before it.
Sure, mobile is better. But there s a problem: the tank controller is glitch. Cuz sometimes The tank stop so suddenly during the battle as the controller is jammed or sth.
Perhaps it's the connection issue as I on Wi-Fi had two to cause. One is ping delay and two is signal loss. Both on lower left screen. Frames per second on the right. In an extreme example you will get glitching of tank through objects and walls without stopping but no control (spiral effects is fun to see how it behaves to give the game we have). The internet connection has more than one to ask if Wargaming server issue or the Internet service provider or just my Hardware device settings on Performance Boost mode which I cannot confirm. Check and turn off background connections for the Computer device ram resources and bugs if not OK I think as it multitasks. Also full memory storage seem to cause screen ghost touches besides said stress from application programs.

There is no auto aim lock feature button like there is on the mouse for the iPad, which makes circling a HT in a light tank so much easier on PC

I think that lights and mediums (fast tanks) works way better on pc because you can drive easier, and heavies and tds on mobile

I recently broke my desk because of how often I'd pound my fist on it after losing and doing 5k with my whole team not breaking 1k.

Lol. I'm an ex WoT players (I played for more than 2 years and only stopped because my laptop broke). I might not a unicorn purple player (a.k.a pro player) there. But I'm confident in my skill that I stole from WoT youtubers like QB and Dez. I used to be a decent player who can sometimes out manouver enemies in 1 vs 5 scenario and won with a risky moves and clutch snapshoots. The proof, I just started Blitz a while ago and my performance is quite decent (56% WR from 1500+ matches, with Tiger 2 as my highest tier and Tiger 1 as my best performed tank). I obviously still have the basic skill like flanking, perma tracking, weakspots knowledge, etc. But I can't replicate the "circle of death", clutch snapshoot, and capoula snipping moves that I used to master in WoT. The aim control in mobile is hard for fast and precise shoot move.

Every time I play on mobile I just want to hit my head against the densest wall I can find.
It's easier on tablet not on mobile phone due to less accuracy in small screen.
Does anybody else have a “cursed” tank in theire collection?for some reason every time i play my 60tp i get put in a bad team,i do la 4000 damage and the guy in second does like 18000.did this happened to yall?
I have a few tanks that always get bad teams and would get shot and penned every time i passed a clearing, even if my whole team was passing through with me.

Honestly it probably just works differently for different people.
But for me I can 100% say that Im performing soo much better on pc.
I'm playing on mobile for 3 year, but still I don't know if mobile is better than PC. I didn't play too much on pc but I find it a bit difficult to aim properly on pc (Maybe I'm just not used to it). But thé thing is, mobile is great......IF u have a good device ! On my 3 yo tablet it become rly difficult to play with 30 avrg FPS with low grafics, and even 15 fps when i drive my tank in watter, or when i look at a destroyed tank, etc....

I play on PC more often because my phone is a potato, same as my PC, plus our wifi sucks, so using wired is more viable for me

It is not mobile or PC! It is about game control: touch, keyboard/mouse, gamepad! Touch and gamepad share the same aim/auto-aim mechanics. Keyboard/mouse has its own aim system. I prefer the gamepad version in a PC with a game controller that has gyro built-in such as Flydigi Apex 3.
The most annoying about mobile is that the aiming locks on people when its to closed so you can't control your cam.

The game would improve if folks at higher tiers stick to tanks they know. That they play well. BUT, so many WANT to play IS-8 and Sheridain when they take skill. Especially Sheridain. OF course you don't know if you can play a tank unless you take it out several times. SO this will always happen. No fix.
since the update a few maps are very glitchyfor me anyway..
Molendijk (that damn blimp/dirigible/airship explosion in the background at the north or top map 2 to 3) and Ghost Factory are resource heavy maps. set effects and draw distance to ultra low (low for track suspension effects). All else is well but I am stuck to medium settings as maximum available levels and anti lasing is removed (pixel perfect no staircase lines but is killer level slow.) no longer have the advanced graphics bloom lighting they once promoted on tank reflections shimmering.
they did update 9.7 noticably on Middleburg even if medium just like the new gun sounds before it.
Sure, mobile is better. But there s a problem: the tank controller is glitch. Cuz sometimes The tank stop so suddenly during the battle as the controller is jammed or sth.
Perhaps it's the connection issue as I on Wi-Fi had two to cause. One is ping delay and two is signal loss. Both on lower left screen. Frames per second on the right.
In an extreme example you will get glitching of tank through objects and walls without stopping but no control (spiral effects is fun to see how it behaves to give the game we have).
The internet connection has more than one to ask if Wargaming server issue or the Internet service provider or just my Hardware device settings on Performance Boost mode which I cannot confirm.
Check and turn off background connections for the Computer device ram resources and bugs if not OK I think as it multitasks.
Also full memory storage seem to cause screen ghost touches besides said stress from application programs.
I play on the switch & personally I can't play on mobile. I play on docked mode & use my pro controller
