1 Cup Wheat flour
1 Cup Methi leaves
salt
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp oil
1\2 cup coriander leaves
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 cup Paneer
12 cubes Process cheese
1\2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp ginger paste
2tsp sliced green chili
1-2 tsp chili flakes
3\4 tsp salt
1\2 cup capsicum
1\2 cup boiled corn
1-2 tsp pizza seasoning
Rice flour Dosa
Instant new Appe
Veg gold Coin
8 Bread slicecs Small
1 cup Boiled potatoes
1\4 cup capsicum
1\4 cup carrot
1\4 cup Onion or cabbage
1\4 Cup Boiled corn
1\4 cup coriande rleaves
1 tsp ginger and 1 green chili
1\2 tsp black peper pwdr
1 tsp chaat masala
3\4 tsp salt
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tbs corn flour
2-3 tbs sesame seeds
2 tbs Oil
Instant Dhokla
Cabbage Paratha

Hi how comes it can be for children's tiffins..as you have red chilles and green chillies garam masala ginger in most of your recipes so not suitable for children ok for older people and adults get facts rights..nice recipes but not all for children...🙏👍so please see what is suitable.....more young children recipes ..mam..

But you can add less or no chilli powder
