This was an action packed few days as I flew to visit my new friend Jules in her self-built camper van as she travels around the beautiful island of Tasmania. Jules has jumped into solo vanlife whilst also studying at university and traveling a 'big lap' all the way around Australia. She really inspired me and I hope that she does the same for you!

When Occy did that was my favourite part.He has so much Fun on the Beach with Max.Just seen the picture of Occy on his surfboard.I love that picture of OCCY.Max keeps him activate and in good shape.He loves to swim.I went on Vacation to take my Freckles swimming.We had so much Fun.Occy gets to swim everyday.He is not only. a Legend he is a Happy Hap Happy Dog!!!!!

Seriously... we are all some measure of ‘broken’; no joke! To me, you are an inspiration and I love following you and the Occster. I love how you dug into your van build, thereby ‘building’ your new life. I love how you are cautiously letting others in as you move forward in finding the new you; beginning this new chapter. I’m an old lady and have had to start over not just a few times. Each chapter was better because I had learned from introspectively assessing and growing from those previous chapters. You do well and you are well into this new chapter with grace and humor (humour 😉); definitely one of your endearing qualities.
Whatever comes you move into it and stay present, there is the key. Enjoy Occy as much as possible as he ages and time is precious. I always look forward to more from you and whoever you decide we should come to know through you. You bless us and I’m sending blessings back, in return. Love from Florida 🥰

Max, felt a bit strange when first seeing this. Only just heard about Lee this week. Not sure of the time factures when things occurred. But knowing Lee, I think she would have had some part in you meeting Jules. All the best my boy. Take each day as it comes. I think that too! She couldn’t bare to see Max with someone else. Lee must of had in the back of her mind that Max wouldn’t give up on her and she missed him terribly 🌈🌞

Jules should install a handle bolted into the ceiling for easier/quicker in/out of the panic door! (Or to get through to avoid rain). She's seems awesome!

Nice van, even nicer lady. Here's a suggestion. Maybe a pair of good-looking, unobtrusive cabinet handles bolted through the ceiling to use as hand grips above the panic window would make it easier going in both directions, assuming the ceiling panel is strong enough to bear the weight. Long screws with wide flat washers or small metal plates on the back side should keep them from pulling out. I would love to see you do a more in depth tour of Tas, as I respect your views on the places you visit. We're seriously thinking of leaving the US and moving permanently to Tasmania to join close friends who've been living in Melbourne for 10 years and who want to move there too.

I like Max is keeping it private, if she is a keeper. We do not have the right to know everything. Max, is also being very smart. His ex made a big mistake introducing her new partner and showing too much affection onscreen. It turned people off who had been fans of the pair. I am pretty sure she lost viewers. I like his way. Yes it is time for both of them to move on, but his not throwing it in his fan's face will be better for fans to accept him moving on in the long run. I have to say too, him and this gal have better on screen chemistry than his ex and her new partner. and of course Occy has the best chemistry here! Lol! I love Occy!

Occy is always happy to see his Dad.I wanted to let you know that my fur-baby Daisey lost her fight with three types of cancer and kidney failure on January 19th. She always loved to watch Occy . I have a big screen TV that I watch youtube on and she would get up on the bed and when Occy came on she would just stop and watch. She always wanted you to give Occy a big pupper hug from her.....lololol She fought hard but just couldnt fight any longer. Then exactly two weeks and one day later her half brother died of cancer. We didnt even know he was sick. Cherish every minute with Occy. Have a safe and pawsome week. Love from Jan in Texas

Such great features I have never seen before like the disappearing toilet, the trundle bed, the escape hatch to the front seats, the outdoor shower/kitchen faucet and the portal to the sunroof. Great build!
