A thing about me and renegade moments, I will always push mercs out of windows, I will always headbutt krogan, I will always incinerate long winded krogan, If a renegade interrupt allows me to kill one hostile or kill a squad of mercs I will do it, and finally I will always electrocute kathka but I will feel bad about it later.
Many of these are obvious to choose, I always kill my enemies with Renegade options, or if it was useful for information, altough i was like 70% paragon

Some of these Renegade options are so worth it, even for a predominately Paragon Shepard.
Yes, i was like 70% paragon but you have to take many of these renegade options, they are very useful.
