I really enjoyed Righteous Brothers, I would love to listen to more songs .. which songs would you recommend that i react to next?
YOu've Lost That Loving Feeling is the next step! Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield perform together in that one! Also, Soul & Inspiration! You'll love them....(I hope)....
Great Reaction! Righteous Brothers - Soul and Inspiration, You've Lost That Loving Feeling, Rock and Roll Heaven, I Just Want To Make Love To You.
Life and Soul Inspiration is a great one!!!
I love their performance of Little Latin Lupe Lou from Shindig. It's so fun and no one reacts to it. It's the song that created The Righteous Brothers.
I'd love to here "You've Lost That Loving Feeling" and "Soul and Inspiration"
This is incredible..he steps out onto the stage, live, cold, no warming up, no auto-tune, no gimmicks...100% talent!
One of the greatest live performances in music history.
Peace....
...and his very own Mother loved every second of it.
I am 81 and have heard several artist before Bobby’s version and several after. No one comes close to this, Bobby owns it. This version came out as I was headed for Viet Nam. You can feel the loneliness in the words and the way we felt as we were away from our families for one long year. Bill and Bobby always did one solo on each of there albums and while on tour. They both wanted to do “Unchained”, so they flipped a coin. The music was written as the theme for the little-known prison film “Unchained” (January 1955), hence the song title. Todd Duncan sang the vocals for the film soundtrack. It has since become a standard and one of the most recorded songs of the 20th century, most notably by the Righteous Brothers. The movie “Unchained” is about a man in prison and longing for his wife and children. Hoping his wife will still be there when he gets out. So you can now understand the meaning of the song. The movie was not very good, or so my friends told me. But we were all teenagers so what did we now. Several artists sang it and it made the billboard top 100. But no one can come close to Bobby Hatfield’s version. Bobby’s version hit the top ten chart. And did it again when it was used in the movie “Ghost” It has since become a standard and one of the most recorded songs of the 20th century, most notably by Bobby. According to the song's publishing administrator, over 1,500 recordings of "Unchained Melody" have been made by more than 670 artists, in multiple languages.
Thank you for sharing :)
Thank you for your service, and Welcome Home.
thank you, I love reading these kind of testimonials
Welcome home, my brother.
Bobby Hatfield could have been a professional baseball player but chose singing! with his 5+ octave range he sure blessed all of us!
His beautiful sound was known in the 60's as "blue-eyed soul". His voice draws out emotions now, almost 60 years later, as much as it did then. Your reaction is priceless!!!
This is the kind of song you can sit and listen to all day long ... So melodious 🎵 🎶
Blue Eyed Soul at its best.. ♠
Dapper and gentle with the voice of an angel... RIP Bobby
This is a live performance, no auto tune or dubbing.
I was a kid when my older sisters were digging the Righteous Brothers. Both Bobby and Bill were from my neck of the woods in Southern California. I read Bobby's bio, he was torn from trying out for professional baseball and music. He made the right choice; we all got to enjoy his fantastic voice.
Bobby Hatfield's voice back then and now still is pulling the heart strings of the ladies with his voice that was so buttery, smooth , velvety that it will linger for ever in that ladies of the past, present and future and have, are and will fall in love with Unchained Melody....another good song from them is," Just wanna make Love to you"
RIP Bobby Hatfield
RIP :(
WTF? ... he died already 17 years ago.....and you still post the same "rip" shit in every Unchained Melody reaction video.
When someone died a few days ago or you have heard it for the very first time, but 17 fu**ing years????
Listen to Your my Soul and Inspiration!
Handsome, talented beyond the stars, could make anyone feel emotional.
You just got serenaded. He touched your hear and you fell.
no auto tune or any other tricks Just pure talent
THERE'S MY BEAUTIFUL SMILE TO START MY DAY ❤👍
The threads were dropping that night. BIG TIME!
Soul and inspiration by the righteous brothers is another good track. I enjoyed that you didn’t mess around stopping and starting the track. Thank you for a good reaction
Thanks for listening
Eveeytime I hear this music it gives me goosebumps
Yes mother !!!
Im sure your smile does the same to others
This one and Elvis if i can dream are my two favorite
Beautiful girl, beautiful song, i like this video.
A beautiful smile belonging to a beautiful woman listening to a beautiful song❤️ thank you little lady.
We all needed that ❤️🌎❤️
Thank you :)
Very nice to see young people appreciating and enjoying these classics from 50's and 60's. Bobby Hatfield is partnered with Bill Medley--not really brothers. They have some great songs, but each of them also did solos. Bobby has many on You Tube--love songs, inspirational ones, rock, and doo wop !! You will see the many sides of his great talent. A few are: Ebb Tide, Somewhere. Only You, I Believe, Crying in the Chapel, He, and I Need a Girl. One that is really different is Summertime. Hope you check them out--you will be glad you did. Cathy
Thank you :) Yes I will
I love that song! He did such a good job!
Defiantly "You've lost that lovin feeling".
This one for sure! Both brothers together!!! Yes!
Thank you :)
@@CeCeChannel You will want to see both the Righteous Brothers performing it and the scene from the movie Top Gun where it was used for pickup purposes.
If you don't have headphones on, listen to this song with headphones.
They also did a great song ...EBTIDE it will make you TINGLE
Bobby's beautiful voice was only surpassed by his artful delivery. I love how he makes the most of nearly every vowel. If you'd like to hear another beautiful Bobby solo look up 'My Prayer'.
This song was played on many a car Radio in 1957~
Timeless music ❤️
Yes sis !!
Your reaction was beautiful thank you for helping to keep bobbies spirits alive
Hi Cece C.! I knew you would love this! Happy to see your first listen to Righteous Brothers. To See Bobby and Bill Singing together I would try You’ve Lost that loving feeling that was the second song for me when I got introduced to them. Keep it going Cece. You got it, these Brothers are special and you will enjoy them! I am sure Bobby’s fans below will guide in your journey. Enjoy the ride 💕
Hey MrsPenPal, I see that you too are encouraging CeCe on her musical journey, which only tells me that I was right about you; you are truly a very nice & genuine person...Stay safe & be blessed!!! Sincerely, CR SoundDoctor
So good!
“Ooohh” CeCe C.😉🖤♥️
Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you!!
Thanks, CeCe - this was Bobby Hatfield live solo (didn't need his "bro" for this one - lol) - classic! I have also heard that Bobby was a bit nervous for this performance because his MOM was in the audience -- I'm sure she was proud! -- I don't think I've seen anyone as calm and effortless on those notes! Look forward to more reactions from you -- not just Righteous - but whatever you care to listen to -- Happy New Year!
Add to that the fact that he suffered from almost paralyzing stage fright throug his career, and it makes this performance even more amazing!
Ooh wow! This is classic 😍 I love this song.
Listen to my soul and inspiration!
and he's singing it live. something most of those so called singers these days cant do. what a f talent!!
Song about a man in prison singing this to his wife from a 1955 film.
Glad you let the whole song play without interruption this was on the Andy Williams show and he was nervous because his Mum was in the audience. Originally sung on a very bad old film called Unchained about a prison hence the lyrics. This is the best version ever and is associated with the term Blue Eyed Soul.
And you are a beautiful young lady 😊
I loved your reaction to this song. You seem like such a wonderful young woman. Good luck with your channel!
Thank you so much!!
When Bobby bites his lip at the end knowing he NAILED it!
His parents were in the audience too!
This was featured in the movie Ghost...

The same clip, but with singer Andy Williams asking why it was a solo!

A bit more of that same show...

That couch makes me wanna take a nap. Great job CeCe!
I love watching women react to this and fall in love with Bobby Hatfield.
This what music was like in the 60's.............
It has been said when they sang the population would increase
Good job, C.C. Bobby's "Summertime," Bill's "He Ain't Heavy" and his "Brown Eyed Woman."
Very nice reaction. Review Soul and Inspiration, 1965 version of Ebb Tide, and their rendition of Bring It On Home To Me.
Nice reaction! You asked for a list, so here’s mine:
Both boys singing:
“Soul and Inspiration”
“Just Once In My Life”
“What’d I Say,” from the same Andy Williams Show that “Unchained Melody” was filmed at.
Bobby’s solos:
“Ebb Tide” (audio only ☹️)
“Summertime”
Billy taking the lead with Bobby in backup:
“I Just Wanna Make Love to You” 🔥🔥(sadly, this is also audio only)
There’s a lot more than this, but start here.
Enjoy!
Thanks for sharing!!
@@CeCeChannel This is a good list!
What a wonderful reaction from an equally delightful young woman. 'You've Lost That loving feeling' is my suggestion. It just so happens CCC to be the most played song of the 20th century!!. Best of luck with your channel, RNB
I will check it out! Thank you soo much for your sweet words :)
CCC, the pleasures all mine. If I may say, you have a lovely smile: Wait till you hear both Righteous Brothers sing together. You've heard the silky & smooth. But you haven't heard the deep & raspy!! Stay safe. Stay strong, RNB
@3:41 Bobby Hatfield sings 'Are you...still mine'. @3:49 CCC replies,' YES". That was so sweet. I loved that, Have a great week, RNB
I must admit, if I was a girl I'd fall head over heels, I see the look on female faces though lol 👌😅
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Greatest performance in history .
Soul and Inspiration
Rocking roll heaven is an underrated Righteous Brothers tune 😀.
ohhhhhh :)
Such a gorgeous girl 🥰
Great reaction
“Unchained Melody” was written for a prison movie titled 'Unchained' (1955). The lyrics were written from a prisoners perspective longing for his loved one he had left behind. Bobby Hatfield (1940-2003) and Bill Medley are the Righteous Brothers. In 1965 on a live television program (The Andy Williams Show) Bobby Hatfield gave one of the greatest live television performances in history. If you want to hear more of their great music, try: “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling” which was the most played song of the 20th Century. Also “Soul and Inspiration”, “Rock And Roll Heaven” and “Ebb Tide”, "Somewhere", "My Prayer", "I Believe", "Crying in the Chapel” and "Only You".
Did you know that he found out his Mom would be in the audience and was so nervous that he wouldn't be able to nail it. I say yes! How about you? This is real blue-eyed soul!
Oh girl thick!!😍
I recommend Soul and Inspiration another big hit sure you will enjoy!
I'll check it out!
Welcome to CZcams! Their 4 biggest hits were You lost that Loving Feeling, Soul and Inspiration, For once in my Life and Ebb Tide. Bill Medley who was absent here had a great solo hit. Brown Eyed Women. Best video was at the Playboy Mansion. To me their the greatest duo ever.
Oh I will look into that :)
Wow! Such amazing voice🤗
Thanks for listening
If you enjoyed "Unchained Melody," then you'll also like "Ebb Tide." It's another one where Bobby Hatfield (one half of the Righteous Brothers) performed solo. But be careful -- there's a live version on CZcams by a guy who looks a bit like Bobby, and sounds surprisingly like him and performs the same Righteous Brothers arrangement of the song, but it is NOT Bobby Hatfield. There are no LIVE performances by the Righteous Brothers of "Ebb Tide" on CZcams. Their biggest hit as a duo was "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'," which became the most-played song on American radio in the 20th century. They followed that hit with "Just Once In My Life" and "(You're My) Soul and Inspiration." "Little Latin Lupe Lu" was their first hit (Bill wrote it). And toward the end of their run as a force on the charts, in 1974 they released "Rock and Roll Heaven," which paid tribute to so many rock 'n roll stars that died too young. Another solo by Bobby of the classic "Summertime" is on CZcams. Some folks enjoy their very bluesy rendition of "I Just Wanna Make Love To You." Also check out "Brown Eyed Woman" by Bill Medley. And of course Bill Medley's awesome duet with Jennifer Warnes, "The Time of My Life."
"You've lost that Loving Feeling" and You're my "Soul and Inspiration" are two more beautiful songs performed by the Righteous Brothers. There are many, many others as well. "Unchained Melody" the one that you just finished playing for me is very beautiful and I thank you so, so much. I hope that you and yours have a very, Merry Christmas and a Beautiful Blessed New Year and once again pretty lady, I thank you so, so much. Adios.
I'll check it out!
Looove Ur BEAUTIFUL Reeaction!!! to this Classic song but there are many songs from this artist or similar U must listen to...Alberto loves Ur page love from MEXICO!!!

Thank you! Will do!
I really love, love your reaction.
You have a beautiful smile
I need your love..... that's my song oh my darling...
Oh and I also would recommend Rock and Roll Heaven!😊
Ebb Tide by the Righteous Brothers or In Dreams by Roy Orbison
hello doll here watching long time girl glad you are back
Hey sis !! How are you?
Yes you must check out all that has been suggested also watch both sing What'd I say which was sang right after this preformence. U see a little of their personalities.
Stay with me, is a great choice, can't go wrong there, but if you want to hear a great harmony by both Hatfield and Medley, you should listen to their version of "Let It Be Me", better known as a hit for the Everly Brothers, who also do an amazing version.
Never thought that anyone could do vocals that could hold up to the Everly Brothers version of Let It Be Me, but I think the Righteous Brothers own this song.
The orchestration and sound, particularly at the beginning is not right for them, probably anyone, but that doesn't stop the Righteous Brothers from putting vocal performance that is really good, and their version is not well known, and so there has been no reactions to it yet.
Thank you I will check it out !!!
Beautiful Reaction
If you liked Unchained Melody, you will be blown away when you check out You Lost That Loving Feeling.
Buena musica, en estos tiempos 🥰
Too shelf sweetheart ❤️

Beautiful reaction, would you do a Elvis reaction to One night with you from his 68 comeback special. I promise you will love it but be careful he will steal your heart
Thank you :)
THIS SONG BY BOBBY HATFIELD , HE DEDICATED THIS SONG TO US GUYS SERVING OVER IN VIETNAM AT THE TIME TO BE OUR VOICE , A SINGING TELEGRAM IF YOU WILL, TO SEND TO OUR WIVES AND GIRLFRIENDS BACK HOME , WE VERY RARELY GOT A CHANCE TO JUST SIT AND WRITE A LETTER HOME , IN BETWEEN DUCKING BULLETS AND INCOMING MORTAR ROUNDS , SO I WOULD SOMETIMES JUST JOT OFF A NOTE THAT SIMPLY SAID "HONEY IM OK , PLEASE LISTEN TO BOBBY HES GONNA TELL YOU HOW I AM FEELING ABOUT YOU RIGHT NOW MY LOVE , GIVE THE BABY A KISS FOR ME , ILL BE COMING HOME , WAIT FOR ME LOVE YA
BILLY
SORRY FOR THE ALL CAPS , THE KEYBOARD IS STUCK ON CAPS , I AM NOT YELLING AT ANYONE , AND MY EYES AINT WHAT THEY USED TO BE , C C CHECK OUT , YOUVE LOST THAT LOVING FEELING AND SOUL AND INSPIRATION FROM THESE GUYS , GUARANTEED YOU WILL LOVE THEM
HOME FREE is a county A Capella band (the only one) , that does more than country. PLEASE listen to HOME FREE - MAN OF CONSTANT SORROW to start your journey. They have a big fan base called Home Fries.
You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling is another great one, it features Bobby Hatfield, the man you just heard, and Bill Medley. They were called "blue-eyed soul because of their style. The name Righteous Brothers was given to them by black musicians because their music was "righteous."
Here's a little background...Bobby Hatfield (seen here) and Bill Medly were "The Righteous Brothers", but they weren't brothers. They were each singing for different bands at various night clubs in Los Angeles in the '60's and one of the members of one of the bands suggested Bobby come perform as a duo with Bill some nights. The story goes at one club there were some black Marines from El Toro Marine base in the audience, and after one number, one of them said from the audience, "Man, that was righteous, brothers!" It stuck.
Their recording of "You've Lost that Loving Feeling" was the most played song on the radio in the 20th century. Considering radio wasn't invented until the first quarter of the 20th century, and they didn't start recording until the '60's, that's saying something. Also, remember the first iPod wasn't sold until 2001, so radio was the only way to hear new music unless you went to a live performance or bought a record.
This performance of "Unchained Melody" was obviously a solo by Bobby. This video is a clip from "The Andy Williams Show", a musical-variety show that was on back then and something you don't see much of on TV now. Andy Williams was also a well known singer. You hear him every Christmas singing "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year."
Blessings to you. Looks like you are new to youtube. "Righteous Brothers" you have to play more of their songs. Unchained Melody was sung by only by one person but they are a duo.
This beautiful song was made for a beautiful woman like you😘
Keep it in your pants
Too bad Bobby didn't live to see these reactions. You lost that lovin' feeling
More Angelina
Soon soon :)
HEY CECE, THIS IS WHAT THEY NOW CAll "X FACTOR PLUS". SERIOUSLY SO GOOD ESPECIALLY FOR SUCH AN ICONIC SONG WITH A LASTING FUTURE

Excellant reaction try Rock and Roll Heaven by Righteous Brothers.

You got it !! )
I understand his Mom was in the audience that night.
No pressure, or anything.
Blonde; Both were, mom & Dad
“Lost that Lovin’ Feeling” if you haven’t already! Or “Ebb Tide.”
Listen to their song, "Ebb Tide", it goes with this song.
Que Bella eres
