I just received one of these bikes that was damaged during shipping. Not the manufacture's fault but trying to get the technical information for the fork replacement is excruciatingly painful. I've gone back and forth with one of their "technicians" on chat for at 15 back and forths. Their latest response was to send a link to purchase the incorrect forks from their web site and the technical info they gave was merely "18 in the rear and 73 in the front is the ballpark" I have no idea how that info would help find the correct fitment to replace the suspension parts on this bike. One thing is certain, they do not have clear understanding of customer service or technical support.
Was your model the 1000 Watt version or the 2000 Watt version? and which pathway did you buy it ? through Amazon ? (I'm curious who damaged it in the shipping process I still might get this model myself)
@@flolou8496 I got the 2000-watt version. The bike is rideable, and I have been out in the orchards many times. The front shocks have a slight bend, so they aren't very reactive. I think the suspension isn't great and could use an upgrade. Amazon stepped up and refunded all my money because the seller or shipper were not responding to any of my emails, and I kept the bike. Seems to be par for the course, trying to get information is excruciating from these Chinese companies and the shippers are no better. So now I just want to fix the suspension.
How does the throttle feel? Is it infinite even at low speeds or is it jerky?
The speed could limit to 25km/h if you did not want ride it so fast
